This is a governemnt of civil war, a rampant and permanent COLD civil war ! You don't sit on a dialogue table with thugs who put their gun in full view and start talking! The myth of owning arms and not using them , the myth of resisting Israel has long been thrown in the garbage bin !

Same old problem. How do you engage in "all party" dialogue when one party, Hezbollah, is armed to the teeth and has demonstrated that it does not mind using its weapons to force its political will regardless of the outcome of any such dialogue?

How hard is it to form a third party that agrees on forming a modern state? The movement can start with those who had nothing to do with the civil war and its ugliness.
