تقارير: نتائج 32 ضابطاً في قوى الامن الداخلي متلاعب بها

كشفت معلومات صحفية أن المديرية العامة لقوى الامن الداخلي تلاعبت بنتائج الاختبارات النفسية للمتطوعين في دورة تطويع 75 ضابطاً في صفوف قوى الأمن الداخلي.
ووفق صحيفة "الاخبار" فإن هناك معلومات تشير الى وجود مستندات تُثبت عملية التلاعب. وأن وزير الداخلية اقترح الغاء الدورة. في حين ان اوساط المدير العام لقوى الامن الداخلي اللواء اشرف ريفي تنفي التزوير.
ولفتت الصحيفة الى أنه وخلال الاجتماع الأخير لمجلس قيادة قوى الأمن الداخلي، وقعت مشادة بين ريفي، ورئيس جهاز أمن السفارات العميد محمود إبراهيم، على خلفية عرض الأخير مسألة حصول تلاعب في نتائج الاختبارات النفسية لعدد من المرشّحين المتقدّمين للمشاركة في دورة الضباط.
ونقلت "الاخبار" عن معلومات أن "اللواء ريفي تلاعب بنتائج مجموعة من المرشحين، من دون أن يعبأ بأن هناك نسخة من نتائج الاختبارات موجودة لدى الجيش، فاستبدل نتائج بعض المتقدّمين الراسبة بأُخرى ناجحة".
و"واجه العميد إبراهيم ريفي بذلك، لكن الأخير نفى علمه بالأمر"، وفق المعلومات عينها، التي أوضحت أن "العميد إبراهيم عرض نسختين لنتائج متطوعين اثنين، واحدة لتلك التي أصدرها الجيش، وأخرى للنتيجة بعد التلاعب بها".
وتابعت ان ابراهيم "وزّع النسخ التي بحوزته على ضباط مجلس القيادة المجتمعين ليؤكد صدقية ما يتحدّث عنه".
في حين أن مصادر أخرى، قالت لـ"الاخبار" أن "نتائج المتطوّعين التي تم التلاعب بها لم تقتصر على متطوّعين اثنين، بل شملت نحو 32 مرشحاً"، وكشفت أن "جميع هؤلاء كانوا راسبين في الاختبارات النفسية"، مشيرة الى أن معظم هؤلاء ينتمون إلى الخط السياسي نفسه.
وأردفت المصادر، التي تؤكد وجود "مستندات ودلائل تُثبت واقعة التلاعب"، أن القضية أحيلت على المفتشية العامة في قوى الأمن الداخلي للتحقيق فيها والتثبت من صدقيتها.
الا أن هذه المصادر نفسها استبعدت أن "يكون اللواء ريفي نفسه قد قام بالتلاعب، تشير إلى احتمال أن يكون أحد الضباط المقرّبين منه يقف وراء الأمر".
من جانبه أكد وزير الداخلية مروان شربل "الاخبار" أنه ثبت وجود تلاعب في نتائج أحد المتقدمين. وكشف أن أحد الضباط في مجلس القيادة أبلغه بوجود 32 مرشّحاً جرى التلاعب بنتائجهم، لافتاً إلى أنه لم يتسلّم حتى الآن ما يُثبت التلاعب بهذا العدد.
وأضاف أنه طلب من مجلس القيادة إلغاء الدورة من أساسها وإعادة جميع الاختبارات. الا أن مصدر أمني نفى عبر "الاخبار" أن يكون أعضاء مجلس القيادة قد تبلغوا برغبة الإلغاء، مشيراً إلى أنهم ينتظرون انتهاء التحقيق.

My nephew is one of them. He scored the highest couple off years ago and did not get any promotion due to Quota (and also no wasta). He can not do his job likes he wants to because he gets calls from representatives of Hezb or Amal (and sometimes from others) ordering him to release suspects (due to wasta). He thought of quitting but then he will have to leave Lebanon to earn a living.

Wasta is rampant in Lebanon and unfortunate most Lebanese from all parties and walks of life are forced to use it...it is a simple of corruption and is present on all levels. It's not an M14 or M8 thing it's a Lebanese thing and must be eliminated.

If every Lebanese thought that " I prefer living a moderate life, without wasta, but everything I have achieved I have achieved with my own work", this would lead to nobody accepting wasta------) Wasta will disappear .
The problem of Wasta is not a problem of the invincible hand. It´s a problem of the Lebanese people that accept this Wasta.
1. Dont take anything by Wasta
2. Do not vote for people giving Wasta.
3. Do not support bussiness where you know Wasta is occuring.

Big difference though... I do not know of many Americans going to Lebanon to work. But how many Lebanese are in the USA working and making nice living (too many to count). Opportunity in USA is there for all and if you happen to know people in places, then it is icing on the cake.

Of course, anything reported by Al-Akhbar is believable and becomes truth. Al-Akhbar should be credited for being the newspaper in Lebanon with the greatest concentration of fictional stories. For one reason or another, a newspaper with so many daily "scoops" does not inspire confidence. Of course, this is no reason to stop any of the usual blind M8 supporters to rush to give credit to a story which has not been verified by any other source. Notice that very often, Al-Akhbar scoops are signals for M8 supporters to start a new campaign. I guess we are back to the anti-Rifi campaign which is periodically revived on a slow news day.
