Read this story in English W460

Haha. I think people left Lebanon so they could seek out help from another country.

First, start contacting our expatriates, and inform them about the procedure so that they can VOTE!

Man you must be joking, take care of your ppl in your country first, when you are able to cover them, then assist the others...
PS: The Exp. left because they are not in need of such a "Government"

Téléphono to keep citizens abroad company in case they get bored.

Once you call, they'll take your info and use them at the voting booth when you don't show up.

Seriously I think this is a small gesture but a very important one. The government appears to be putting in place vehicles and mechanisms that are available in any other country around the world. This one won't set the world on fire, but every journey starts with a first step.

Wow, the pessimism is very proactive on this forum. Rather than encourage something positive we criticize. Granted everyone has a point, but try not to be so negative, not dissimilar to the "hakim" Geagea not attending the National Dialogue and now suddenly when he realized nobody cared he wants to join.

Lebanon tries hard to pretend they are a modern thinking government. Only fools think they are fooling people.
