عون يحمل الحكومة مسؤولية "الفلتان الامني": جنبلاط لديه "عقدة الاقلية"

لفت رئيس تكتل "التغيير والاصلاح" النائب ميشال عون الى ان رئيس "جبهة النضال الوطني" النائب وليد جنبلاط لديه "عقدة الاقلية"، مشدداً على ان قانون النسبية "يعيده الى حجمه. وأكد من جديد دعمه النسبية "لانها الافضل على المدى البعيد".
وعوّل عون، سبب مهاجمة جنبلاط له، الى ان الاخير، "يخاف المسيحيين لانهم اكثر منه، وكذلك السنة والشيعة"، قائلاً لصحيفة "النهار"، "عنده عقدة الاقلية".
وأوضح أن جنبلاط "ضد النسبية لانها تعيده الى حجمه". وأشار عون الى انه تنازل "في البداية كثيراً لاعتقادي ان هذا الامر يشجع اللقاء المسيحي - الدرزي من اجل الاستقرار في الجبل. لكنّ هناك حداً أدنى من الخطاب السياسي والتهذيب الاجتماعي يجب مراعاته".
وقد وقعت حرباً كلامية بين عون وجنبلاط عقب تصريح للأخير، ايار الفائت، يتهم فيه عون بأنه يقود "تياراً عبثياً يشل كل شيء" فرد عليه عون بالقول "كل تهديداتك وتصريحاتك كذب بكذب واذهب وبلّط البحر"، ليعود بعدها جنبلاط ويرد "لما الزرازير قامقائمها نادت للصراصير لنجدتها" واصفا عون بـ"الشتام".
وأكد عون لـ"النهار"، من جديد، انه "مع النسبية على اساس الدائرة الواحدة، لانها الافضل على المدى البعيد، ويصبح هناك انتظام والتزام اكثر في العمل السياسي، وينتفي الخطاب الطائفي، ويتمثل الجميع".
وأردف أن النسبية تؤمن "الاستقرار الطائفي والفكري. والاستقرار في المرحلة الاولى سيؤدي الى الكفاية في المرحلة الثانية".
يُشار الى أن عون ووزراء "حزب الله" و"أمل" هم من الداعين الى اعتماد النسبية في انتخابات الـ2013، في حين أن جنبلاط وكتلة "المستقبل" يرفضونها.
وعن اللوائح الانتخابية لعام 2013، كشف عون للصحيفة عينها، أنه قد يحصل تغيير في لوائح التيار، قائلاً "عندنا ناشطون مسجلون في التيار، وثمة حالة انتخابية يسمونها الحالة العونية. هؤلاء جميعهم يشتركون في تحديد المرشحين.
نحن نجري استطلاع رأي على كل المرشحين، ونختار من لديهم الارجحية".
ورأى أنه من الممكن التحالف مع "حزب الكتائب" أو ميشال المر أو مستقلين، اذا تم الاتفاق على برنامج واهداف سياسية مشتركة.
وتطرق عون في حديثه الى صحيفة "النهار" الى جلسات الحوار، مشيراً الى انه لم يتكلم "تقريباً بالمرة"، موضحاً "لأنني رأيت ان هناك خروجاً عن الموضوع ولا نتوصل الى نتيجة فيها خلاصة محددة وعملية".
وقال، "تدخلت في نهاية الجلسة بايجاز وقلت نحن هنا للبحث في الاستراتيجية الدفاعية وليس في سلاح "حزب الله"، عندما نحقق هذه الاستراتيجية نعرف اين يكون موقع سلاح الحزب، يكون او لا يكون او اين موقعه".
وأوضح أن "الاستراتيجية الدفاعية فيها فقرتان، الاولى الدفاع وتتعلق بالجيش والمقاومة، والثانية حفظ الامن والاستقرار الداخلي، وفيها الجيش وقوى الامن".
وعقدت جلستين للحوار في 11 و25 حزيران، بدعوة من رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان في قصر بعبدا، لبحث الاستراتيجية الدفاعية لسلاح "حزب الله" وسلاح المدن والسلاح داخل وخارج المخيمات الفلسطينية. وستعقد جلسة ثالثة في 24 تموز الجاري في بعبدا.
وعن "الفلتان الامني" المستمر بالرغم من استدعاء قادة الاجهزة الامنية الى جلسة مجلس الوزراء الاخيرة، قال عون لـ"النهار"، ان السبب يعود الى "تراخي الحكومة في البداية مع البراعم التي بدأت تحصل في الشمال والجنوب، حين كان في امكان عشرة عسكريين ان يتصدوا لها، اليوم يلزمهم مئات".
من جانب آخر، تحدث عون عبر الصحيفة نفسها عن النظام السوري، قائلاً أن "في سوريا نظام علماني هو الاقرب الى الديموقراطية باصلاحات جديدة".
وسئل عون "ماذا يفيد لبنان الدفاع عن النظام مهدد بالسقوط وكل العالم ضده؟ ولماذا نضع انفسنا في مواجهة المدفع الدولي الكبير؟"، فرد قائلاً " اوروبا واميركا ستخسران المعركة. اما تصلان الى تسوية، واما سينتهي نفوذهما في الشرق الاوسط".
وأوضح أن "العالم عائد الى توازن النفوذ، وسوريا ستكون من ضمن هذا النظام العالمي الجديد". وأردف "طبعاً لن تبقى كما هي الآن، بل ستضاف اليها اصلاحات دستورية متدرجة، وتصل الى الديموقراطية مع بقائها على نظامها الحالي العلماني".
وتشهد سوريا منذ آذار 2011 حركة احتجاجية مطالبة بسقوط نظام بشار الاسد، وقد أدت الى مقتل حوالي 15 الف شخص، في حين ان الافرقاء السياسيين في لبنان ينقسمون بين مؤيد للنظام السوري ومؤيد للثورة فيها.

History will record that Aoun's case is THE standard classic depicting the unavoidable descent to the depth of delusions, hysteria and utter dishonor of all those who lust after a position of power at any cost and are prepared to pay any price and still not be able to achieve their goal.
I now believe beyond any doubt that Aoun can not be salvaged and that he will continue on his destructive path until he dies. Our only hope is that the grim reaper will catch up to him sooner rather than later.

Bassil is not working for the benefit of Iran, We all saw on Newtv that electricity in Batroun (Bassil's hometown) isn't showing good either.
Iran has actually made an offer to power Lebanon with electricity 24/7 efficiently at cheaper prices than anywhere else but Miqati refused so because his future movement's fellows rejected it because "Iran is an enemy" and that "Suneeyto-mab tisma7lo" to ignore their words..and now the country has to deal with electricity at the expense of future m.'s opinion..and we all have to wait till these Turkish ships to come,hopefully.

Yes, we do not want power from Iran at any price because you always get what you pay for. Iran is ready to give electricity to Lebanon in order to take Lebanon's soul. No thank you, you love Iran so much go live there and leave Lebanon as it is to us.
We welcome the West because although we understand nations always act in line with their best interests, the West has the better social, judicial and political system than Iran or any Eastern country for that matter.

@FT, proportionality is fine in a functioning representative democracy where all parties have adopted the concept of Westphalian nationalism, everyone adopts the concept of citizenship, rather than tribal membership and where the government is not a cover for a national order established by an armed mafia operation. Lebanon is in the ranks of the latter not the former.
Until Lebanon joins the ranks of the former and leaves the ranks of the latter, this talk of proportionality, which is neutral on its face, would be in effect to strengthen the hand of the militant autocratic regime which has its grip on Lebanon.
So please, FT, stop bragging on the quality of the curtains and the covers. We all know what is underneath it all.

@FT, there is no room for hate in politics, just as there is no room for love. Politics is at heart a rather cold blooded pursuit of a set of interests. Hating Aoun or loving him, that is emoting over the issue thus becomes irrelevant to the exercise except that when a person is bedrift of ideas, then they resort to emotionalism as a means to win adherents and keep them. Those who "love the Generale" are blinded by the emotions that he is rather good at stoking so that they cannot see their interests and thus are dealt out of the political game. Those blinded so that they cannot even see or know their interests are doomed to be led around like sheep rather than to be players in the game.

When those championing proportionality relinquish their armed imposition on the rest of the Lebanese and we have a level playing field and those same champions stop imepeding the direct voting by the Lebanese diaspora then, and only then, will the rest of us entertain the notion.
