لبنانية نجت من إطلاق نار في مرة سابقة من ضحايا إطلاق النار في كولورادو

أدى حادث إطلاق النار على رواد سينما في اورورا في ولاية كولورادو الجمعة إلى مقتل جيسيكا ريدفيلد وهي من أصل لبناني وهي التي كانت قد نجت في مرة سابقة من حادثة إطلاق نار.
واسم الحقيقي جيسيكا ريدفيلد هو جيسيكا غاوي وهي أميركية من أصل لبناني كتبت على مدونتها في حزيران الماضي مقالاً بعنوان "حادثة اطلاق نار تذكّر بهشاشة الحياة" وروت كيف نجت من حادث اطلاق النار التي شهدها أحد المراكز التجارية في تورونتو في 2 حزيران الماضي، مشيرة إلى ان شعوراً غريباً دفعها انذاك الى الخروج من المركز قبل لحظات من اطلاق النار.
وكانت جيسيكا وهي مدونة تطمح للعمل في مجال الصحافة الرياضية من بين ضحايا جيمس هولمز طالب علوم الجهاز العصبي الذي أطلق النار على رواد سينما في اورورا في ولاية كولورادو جاؤوا لمشاهدة العرض الاول لفيلم باتمان الجديد، فكان ان كتب لاثني عشر من بينهم الفصل الاخير من حياتهم.
وجيمس هولمز طالب في الرابعة والعشرين من عمره يدرس علوم الجهاز العصبي، وترقى سمعته الانطوائية الى فترة طفولته في جنوب كاليفورنيا.
ووصف موقع "ماشابل.كوم" المخصص لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي هولمز بأنه "شبح الانترنت" فلا يظهر على شبكات مثل فايسبوك او تويتر.

May she rests in peace, but I have a question, reports in at least 3 other media outlets report that she was jordanian, do we have a conformation of her nationality? It seems naharnet is the only outlet claiming her as Lebanese.

Many outlets state that she's lebanese American. Jordan is her brother's name maybe that's were the confusion began. RIP.

Are you sure you read it correctly? Cuz she has a brother named Jordan (its a common american name as u know) and he is mentioned in all the articles dealing with her death. Perhaps thats why you thought she was. Anyway, i dont know if her father was lebanese but her mother was a white american and this girl was raised american, she had no connection to the arab world or her lebanese/arab roots.
