رحّل لبنان 14 مواطنا سوريا الاربعاء الى بلدهم بالرغم من اعمال العنف على الحدود ما اثار انتقادات شديدة من جانب المدافعين عن حقوق الانسان.
واكدت السلطات اللبنانية ان اسباب الترحيل ليست سياسية الا ان مسؤولا في منظمة "هيومن رايتس ووتش" غير الحكومية في بيروت اشار الى ان بعض الذين ابعدوا اعربوا عن خشيتهم من التعرض للاضطهاد لدى عودتهم.
وقال مسؤول في المنظمة لوكالة فرانس برس ان "14 رجلا ابعدوا الى سوريا اليوم (الاربعاء) بالرغم من ان اربعة منهم قد طلبوا عدم ابعادهم خشية تعرضهم للاضطهاد في حال سلموا الى السلطات السورية".
واضاف ان احد المبعدين الـ14 ناشط سياسي اجرى اتصالات مع منظمة "هيومن رايتس ووتش" قبل ان يسلم الى السلطات السورية، معربا عن خشيته على مصيره.
واعلنت المديرية العامة للامن العام، في بيان صدر اليوم الخميس أن القرار الذي قضى بترحيل السوريين الـ14 قد إستند الى أفعال جرمية ومخالفات إرتكبت خلال وجودهم في لبنان.
وقال مسؤول منظمة هيومن رايتس ووتش "نعتقد انه لو قال احدهم انه يخشى من الاضطهاد لتوجب عليهم ان لا يبعدوه".
ويتهم المدافعون عن حقوق الانسان السلطات السورية باللجوء الى التعذيب وسوء المعاملة بحق المعتقلين.

then no to this type of armed forces governed by hatred and following foreign syrian regime orders.
hizbushaitan and fpm are undermining the armed forces pushing them to collapse and divide, so they can justify the next round of civil war as they know they will totally loose the upcoming elections.
they prefer to destroy the country but not loose power.

I have to agree with you. How come Lebanon is so bent on granting the Syrian regime's wishes, while Lebanese citizens are still being held in Syrian jails for unknown reasons, and there is no mention of them.

You are too quick to judge. They said these syrians were culprits of common law and had committed crimes in lebanon. Maybe that is true. In this case, good riddance.

Let's not be naive.... The Syrians can say anything to get these people back and torture them..... How easy is it to be accused of something you have not done in Syria or in Lebanon? .... VERY EASY!

you can consider these guys are dead from now...I think they should prisoned them if they did something, but you know that the general forces is the syrian regime partner and he is doing what syria ask them to do....hope this bad satuation will end soon.

No well functioning democracy sends any people back to a country that's going through war. There is of course no excuse for such actions. If they have criminal records they are to be put in jail and go through a trial. The current government in Lebanon is surely the Syrian dictator's puppets.
