سامي الجميل يرفض قانون الإنتخاب: أتي على قياس واضعيه ولن يمر

اعتبر منسق اللجنة المركزية في حزب "الكتائب اللبنانية" النائب سامي الجميّل ان قانون الانتخاب الصادر عن مجلس الوزراء "اتى على قياس واضعيه" جازما بأنه "لن يمر في مجلس النواب".
وقال الجميل في حديث إلى قناة الـ"MTV" مساء الأربعاء "لقد كنا واضحين في لجنة بكركي وكنا نعمل على قانونين: الاول وله الاولوية وهو قانون الدوائر الصغرى من نائبين الى ثلاثة نواب على الأكثر، وكنا ننهي هذا التقسيم، والخيار الثاني هو خيار النسبية ولكن بدوائر مختلفة عن الدوائر التي طرحت في مجلس الوزراء".
وانطلاقا من هنا قال الجميل "نعلن رفضنا للقانون الذي صدر أمس".
وكان قد أقر مجلس الوزراء الثلاثاء قانون الإنتخابات على أساس النسبية وفق 13 دائرة انتخابية.
ورفض الجميّل مقولة أن القانون الذي صدر أمس يرضي الكتائب والقوات ولكنهما مرغمان على "مسايرة" تيار المستقبل، موضحا ان "تيار المستقبل وان كانت له مصلحة في دوائر اخرى انما لا علاقة له في المتن وبعبدا، وكذلك في جبيل وكسروان وفي بيروت وتحديدا في الدائرة الاولى لان المشكلة معنا".
ودعا الجميّل التيار الوطني الحر الى تحمل مسؤولياته تجاه ما اتفق عليه في لجنة بكركي "فهو لا يمكنه أن يقفز على ما عملنا عليه طيلة 5 أو 6 أشهر وكان شيئا لم يكن"، مشددا على ان "هناك مصداقية وعملا".
وتابع الجميل "اما اننا نحاول من خلال قانون الانتخابات النيابية تأمين اجماع مسيحي تمهيدا لحل وطني او ان كل واحد سيفتح على حسابه وندخل في المصالح السياسية الضيقة التي كنا نحاول الخروج منها في لجنة بكركي والتي عادوا وللأسف وقعوا فيها".

Its a free world and i respect your opinion but it doesnt mean i agree with it. You point one political party on planet earth which is not bankrolled by a country or some organization or the other.

this law is so twisted that it does 2 things:
- thwart its main purpose which is the minorities vote representation
- kill the expat vote
this is not at all what was agreed upon in Taef accord, rather it is a twisted version that keeps the shell and empties the inside to thwart its intended meaning, and all that to suit hizbushaitan and fpm who are initially traitors to Lebanon to allow them to keep power.
this plan will fail.

as usual KAtaeb and LF are not able to oppose HArriri and the wahabis! this is a law that would give them about 14 potential MP's but they still prefer to gove them away to Harriri in exchange of some green's they did the same in Ashrafieh (4/5 MP's, in Zahleh 2/7 MP's, in Koura 2/3 MP's) etc so basically LF and Kataeb are selling the christians (again) for 30 silvr coins
