السنيورة يكشف عن اتجاه لدى كل 14 آذار لرفض النسبية: موقفنا من "الأورثذكسي" كما هو

أعلن رئيس كتلة "المستقبل" النيابية أن موقف الكتلة من قانون "اللقاء الأورثذكسي" ما زال "كما هو" أي الرفض مشيرا إلى مناقشة قانون الدوائر الصغرى مع حلفائه.
وقال السنيورة في حديث إلى قناة الـ"MTV" مساء الإثنين "موقفنا كما هو من القانون الأورثذكسي انسجاما مع روحية اتفاق الطائف وصحة التمثيل وحرية حقيقية في الإختيار وقلنا أننا مستعدون للبحث بالدوائر الصغرى على أن تكون متطابقة مع هذه القواعد".
وتأتي مواقف السنيورة بعد إعلان مسيحيي 14 آذار قبولهم بالقانون الأورثذكسي إذا وافق حلفاء خصومهم المسيحيين عليه رغم أنهم ما زالوا يفضلون قانون الدوائر الصغرى.
ورأى السنيورة أن القانون الأورثذكسي "يفسح المجال للمتطرفين من كل فئة ان يستطيعون بآرائهم ان يستجلبوا عاطفة الناس وبالتالي نضع وصفة سريعة من اجل مزيد من التصادم بين اللبنانيين".
وكشف السنيورة عن توجه لدى كل فريق 14 آذار لرفض النظام النسبي لأن "وجهة السلاح تغيرت والسلاح اصبح يُستعمل داخل البلد بدل ان يكون موجها نحو الخارج".
وتابع قائلا "قانون النسبية فيه شيء من التعقيدات ويتطلب مهلة زمنية لاقناع الناس به وعندما وضعنا المشروع كان من المفترض ان يمر بمجلس النواب قبل سنتين ونصف من موعد الانتخاب".
كما أردف "ما أقوله الآن أن علينا أن نتوصل وأن نحلل الأمور بكل موضوعية حتى لا ندخل في نفق نندم عليه بعد ذلك".
ورفض السنيورة القول بـ"أن شرخا سيحصل مع حلفائنا" قائلا أن هناك مجالا دائما للتعاون مع رئيس الحزب "التقدمي الإشتراكي" النائب وليد جنبلاط.
حكوميا قال أن "التحدي الكبير للأكثرية عندما تتولى تأليف الحكومة ألا تعمل انها فريق ضد فريق من اللبنانيين بل فريق عمل يضع نصب عينيه مصلحة كل لبنان".
إلا انه أشار إلى ان "الفريق الآخر اليوم يتصرف بشكل كيدي ولمصلحته ولا يأخذ بعين الإعتبار مصالح الفريق الآخر من اللبنانيين".
وعن فشل 14 آذار بإسقاطها قال "إسقاط الحكومة يكون باستقالة الرئيس أو أكثر من الثلث أو بوسائل دستورية أخرى والغرب لا يؤيد هذه الحكومة ويقول أن لا مانع من تغييرها إنما شاغله هو سوريا ولا يريد شاغلا آخر".
وفي السياق عينه لفت إلى أن خلافات "كثيرة شهدناها بين أفرقاء الحكومة وتبادل منافع ضد مصلحة اللبنانية فبماذا أتت هذه الحكومة؟ نشهد تزايدا في حدة التوتر والعلاقة بين مكونات البلد تتشنج أكثر كما أن العلاقات مع الدول العربية تسوء وأمن وأوضاع اقتصادية متردية نتيجة سوء الإدارة".
إلى ذلك كشف السنيورة أن رئيس تيار "المستقبل" النائب سعد الحريري عائد إلى لبنان وسيشارك في العملية الإنتخابية و"أنا ممن يرشحونه لرئاسة الحكومة".
وتجتمع صباح الثلاثاء اللجنة الفرعية النيابية المؤلفة من جميع الأفرقاء لبحث قانون الإنتخاب وذلك بعد أن وافق رؤساء ومقررو اللجان النيابية في 14 آذار البحث بالأمر عبر سكنهم في فندق قريب من البرلمان.

does anyone know exactly who votes for who?
i mean since Sunni vote for Sunni, and Shia vote for Shia, etc... is the Christian community also subdivided? do Maronites vote for Maronites? and Orthodox vote for Orthodox? and so on?

agree roar... as sectarian as the law is.. in a country like Lebanon and until we move beyond the pathetic sectarian mentality this would probably be the best law for accurate representation according to the taef... but again.. and i am not sure if you can answer me.. is the Christian community subdivided as the Muslims are?
what i mean is, and from what i understand about the law... Sunnis will vote for Sunni MPs.. Shia for Shia Mps.. Druze for Druze... etc...
but do the Maronites only vote for the Maronite MPs?? and the Orthodox the Orthodox MPs?? Catholic for the Catholic?? etc?? or do all Christians vote for all Christian MPs??

@ azrak every MP will be elected by it's own community: maronites will elect maronites,same goes for greek orthodox , minorities....

So again Future shows its true colors, they will refuse any law that will hinder their hegemony over the 16 Christian MPs and will allow other Sunni leader to arise. In any proportional law the Future mvt will retake its true size regardless of the shape of the districts and this is why he refuses it
