القاضي ماضي يطلب رفع حصانة بطرس حرب اثر تصريحات ادلى بها عن محاولة اغتياله

طلب المدعي العام التمييزي القاضي حاتم ماضي، ظهر الاثنين، رفع الحصانة عن النائب بطرس حرب، جراء تصريحات ادلى بها عقب الادعاء على محمود الحايك في جرم محاولة اغتياله.
فقد وجه ماضي كتابا الى وزير العدل شكيب قرطباوي "طلب فيه احالة طلبه الى المجلس النيابي لرفع الحصانة عن النائب حرب لملاحقته جزائيا بجرم الاساءة الى شخص رئيس الجمهورية (ميشال سليمان) ومقامه وقوله ان رئيس الجمهورية تدخل مع القضاء، واتهامه القضاء بالتواطؤ".
وفور الاعلان عن الطلب، رد حرب عبر الـ"MTV"، قائلاً "من سخرية القدر أن يسمح قاض لنفسه ان يطلب ملاحقتي جزائيا".
وفي السياق نفسه، ردت الأمانة العامة لقوى 14 آذار تعليقاً على مطالبة القاضي صقر صقر بسحب الحصانة من النائب بطرس حرب في بيان، أنه "تم اتخاذ القرار بعد أقل من 48 ساعة على الكلام الذي أدلى به النائب حرب أمام وسائل الإعلام وبالتحديد بتاريخ 2-2-2013، بينما الإدعاء على محمود الحايك، المسؤول في "حزب الله"، لم يتم إلاّ بعد ما يناهز السبعة أشهر من تاريخ جريمته الفاشلة".
وكان حرب قد لفت في حديث تلفزيوني السبت، الى أن "في جعبتي كلام كثير في هذ الأمر والمعلومات التي لدي عن صفقة كانت تُجرى بين القضاة والسياسيين من أجل لفلفة هذه القضية لن أعلن عنها الآن".
كما وصف قرار مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر بأنه "قرار شجاع نظرا الى الضغوط التي كانت تواكب العملية والتي كان يمارسها "حزب الله" على القضاء من خلال عقد صفقات على حساب العدالة والتحقيق". (يُشار الى ان المعلومات اظهرت ان "الحايك هو عضو في حزب الله).
وادعى صقر، الجمعة، على محمود الحايك في جرم محاولة قتل حرب في مكتبه في بدارو في تموز الماضي. وتعرض حرب لمحاولة اغتيال، تموز الماضي، عبر زرع 3 اشخاص، عبوة ناسفة داخل مصعد المبنى الذي يقع فيه مكتبه في سامي الصلح، وقد تمكن اثنان من الهرب، والقاء القبض على الثالث من قبل سكان المبنى الذي افلت فيما بعد اثر ادعاء شخص مسلح انه من المخابرات واخذ المتهم وفرا الى جهة مجهولة.

His immunity shouldn't be lifted. They should wait for his MP mandate to end (if not renewed in the upcoming elections). That's how it works.

People who 'say' in Lebanon are prosecuted, while people who 'do' and act and assassinate are left at large. Hizbullah is Lebanon's cancer (kudos for Miqati for saying it as it is, hats off to him). Instead of calling for arresting Harb, the judiciary should be calling for arresting Hassan Nasrallah for operating and heading a terrorist organization. But terrorists have their pets, like Aoun, who protect their owners. Aoun is a dog who betrayed his country and threw himself in the lap of terrorists. God's curse on all of them for where they are dragging us.

This prosecutor is a disgrace to his profession and an insult to everything Lebanon stands for. No doubt he owes his position to one of the mafia politician. But after all, all Lebanese will be harshly judged by history for allowing a criminal organization armed, funded and indoctrinated by a foreign country and the brutal Basij to take over Lebanon and mascarade as a genuine organization while along with its Faustain ally in Rabie is poisoning and destroying the inner foundation of our freedom and democracy.

Those deviating from the subject in hand, try to have one brain cell to deal with the root cause of the Lebanese issue, it's because of an exception of carrying arms that you see more and more arms killing our own citizens. Take the arms from the Palestinians, Hezb and the rest.

The perpetrator of the failed bombing attempt is a member of HA, was he acting under orders? I'm sure he didn't have a personal vendetta against Mr. Harb. Shouldn't HA be judged or is the resistance exempt because we need them in case we need to get rid of the UN forces occupying the whole length of our border with Israel. and I thought I heard it all
