"الطاقة": المازوت المصدر إلى سوريا يعبأ من شركات خاصة ولبنان لا يلتزم بالعقوبات

أعلنت وزارة الطاقة ان الماوزت الذي يصدر عبر شاحنات في صور بثتها شاشات التلفزة هذا الأسبوع يعبأ من قبل شركات خاصة جازمة أن الحكومة لا تلتزم بالعقوبات المفروضة على سوريا.
وقالت وزارة الطاقة في بيان أصدرته الثلاثاء "ان موضوع تصدير كميات من المازوت من الخزانات التابعة لها في مصفاتي طرابلس والزهراني الى سوريا او الى غيرها هو من ضمن صلاحيات منشآت النفط ومن ضمن اعمالها، وهو بالتالي حق لها خاضع للقوانين اللبنانية".
اليوم الثلاثاء أكدت الوكالة "الوطنية للإعلام" أن اهالي منطقة البداوي في عكار أوقفوا عددا من الصهاريج التي تنقل مادة الديزل الى سوريا، وذلك بعد عرض أكثر من محطة تلفزة وصحيفة صور لقافلة من الصهاريج شوهدت ليل الجمعة ـ السبت وهي تتزوّد المازوت والبنزين من مصفاة الزهراني لتتوجّه الى الأراضي السورية تحت جنح الظلام.
عليه شددت وزارة الطاقة في بيانها اليوم على أنه "حتى الآن لم يتم تصدير أي كميات الى سوريا من الخزانات التابعة لها في مصفاتي طرابلس والزهراني خلافا للمعلومات الموزعة".
من جهة أخرى لفتت الوزارة إلى "ان الصهاريج السورية التي تشاهد في منطقة الزهراني تتم تعبئتها من احدى شركات القطاع الخاص الموجودة في الزهراني وليس من مصفاة نفط الزهراني".
وأوضحت أن "المازوت المعاد تصديره الى سوريا والخارج هو ما يعرف بالمازوت الاخضر والذي تستورده الشركات الخاصة حصرا، وبالتالي هذه المادة غير موجودة ابدا في مصفاتي طرابلس والزهراني".
كذلم فإن "عمليات اعادة التصدير التي تجري انما تتم وفق الاصول التجارية والادارية المتبعة ومن ضمن روتين اداري لا يستوجب موافقة الوزير و توقيعه بحيث تقوم شركات القطاع الخاص بسداد رسوم متوجبة الى الدولة في مقابل اعادة تصدير بضائعها الى الخارج" بحسب البيان.
وختمت وزارة الطاقة اللبنانية بيانها جازمة "ان ما يحكى عن خرق للعقوبات النفطية على سوريا غير صحيح اطلاقا لأن الحكومة اللبنانية غير ملتزمة العقوبات على سوريا وهي عقوبات غير ملزمة والدليل على ذلك ارتال الشاحنات الموجودة على الحدود السورية - اللبنانية والتي تحمل مختلف انواع البضائع".
يذكر أن لبنان ينأى بنفسه - سياسيا - عن الأزمة السورية إلا أنه ملزم بتطبيق قرارات الجامعة العربية والقرارات الدولية بفرض العقوبات على النظام السوري والتي لا تطال الشعب بفعل القمع الدامي للإحتجاجات منذ عامين.

And we are likely supplying fuel to their war machine and our tourism minister can wonder why Arabs do not want to come to Lebanon anymore. Why visit a country whose government is enabling the slaughter of the Sysrian people? Why visit a country whose government is controlled by a militia that is training paramilitaries in Syria? Why visit a country whose government is controlled by a militia that takes its orders from Iran?

Because it is beautiful, and had freedom to do things, you cannot do in arab countries. Not because of politics they come to visit Lebanon.

I suggest that you talk to some Arabs from the Gulf about their views of Lebanon and the Lebanese government nowadays.

Again this shows how FPM ministers are seeking to weaken the state institutions by publicly and shamelessly disobeying government decisions. They are weakening Lebanon at the expense of the Syrian/HA/Iran axis. Aoun should be tried for Haute Trahison à l'état.

Sunnis in the Arabl World are proving that they can be moderate. See what is happening in Tunis and Egypt. Extremist Islamist are being heavily rejected currently. Unfortunately, Saudi Wahhabism who is indeed extremist and very wealthy has been since the past 30 years heavily investing into islamist throughout the word. This has helped creating all those islamist movements worldwide who are a danger for civil societies. Yet it is the responsibility of Christians not to reject the moderate Sunnis but to work hand in hand with for a better future.
