الراعي: السلاح الغير الشرعي متفشّي على مساحة الوطن وسلطة الدولة تتقلّص بشكل مخيف

تساءل البطريرك الماروني الكاردينال مار بشارة بطرس الراعي، إن كان "ضمير المسؤولين اللبنانيين مرتاح لاضرابات المعلمين واقفال المدارس بسبب الوعود الكلامية فقط والتباطؤ في اقرار السلسلة؟"، مضيفاً "هل يتساءل المسؤولون اللبنانيون عن مصير لبنان في ظل النزوح الكثيف للسوريين الى لبنان وهل يرتاح ضميرهم حين يتفشى السلاح غير الشرعي على مساحة الوطن وسلطة الدولة في تقلّص مخيف"؟
ووجه الراعي في عظة قداس الأحد من كنيسة الصرح البطريركي في بكركي أسئلة للمسؤولين اللبنانيين "هل ضميركم المهني مرتاح حين تهددون كيان الوطن وتضعون مصير شعب بكامله على المحك، وتضعون قوانين مشاريع على قياسكم، وحين تتعطل الإنتخابات عن موعدها"؟ مردفاً "هل ضميركم المهني يرتاح لإضراب المعلمين واقفال المدارس وبالتالي معاتبة الطلاب واهاليهم في حال أرادوا الإلتحاق بمدارسهم والتباطؤ باقرار سلسلة الرتب والرواتب بدون زيادة ضرائب على المواطن؟
وأضاف الراعي "هل كان المقصود إقفال المدارس الخاصة واشعال نار الفتنة بين ادارات هذه المدارس من جهة وبين المعلمين والمعلمات من جهة اخرى؟"، متوجهاً الى المسؤولين بالقول "ألا تدركون ايها السياسيون ان ما تلحقونه بهذه الأجيال الطالعة والتي تميز لبنان والتي لا تقدر بثروة أو ليس في الدولة مسؤولا عن دعم هذه المؤسسات ماليا ودعم الأهالي ليختاروا المؤسسة التعليمية التي يردونها لتعليم اولادهم"؟
وتعتصم هيئة التنسيق النقابية منذ أسبوع وذلك لعدم إحالة سلسلة الرتب والرواتب المقررة منذ عام في مجلس الوزراء الى مجلس النواب لإقرارها. وقد أعلنت بعض المدارس الخاصة الإضراب المفتوح "حتى إشعار آخر" وذلك دعماً للإعتصام الذي دعا ويدعو اليه رؤساء وأعضاء هيئة التنسيق.
وأكمل الراعي سلسلة تساؤلاته في عظته قائلاً"اين ضميركم حين ينتشر السلاح غير الشرعي المتزايد يوميا والمغطى من الدولة والذي يقلص من دور الدولة وهيبتها يوما فيوم؟"، داعيا الى "اقرار قانون انتخابي على قياس الاوطان وليس على قياس الاشخاص".
واقرت اللجان النيابية المشتركة مشروع "اللقاء الاورثوذكسي" (حيث كل طائفة تنتخب ممثليها) وسط اعتراض نواب كتلتي "المستقبل" و"جبهة النضال الوطني"، والنواب المسيحيون المستقلون في 14 آذار.
وينتظر ان يحيل رئيس مجلس النواب نبيه بري المشروع الى "الهيئة العامة" لمناقشته وبته اذا اتفق عليه.
وكان بري قد أعطى كافة الأفرقاء السياسيين مهلة للاتفاق على مشروع قانون انتخابي موحد وذلك قبل إحالة "الأرثوذكسي" الى الهيئة العامة.
يُشار الى ان عدم اتفاق الافرقاء على قانون انتخاب، يهدد امكانية اجراء الانتخابات النيابية في موعدها في التاسع من حزيران.
وكانت الحكومة قد اقرت في ايلول الماضي اقتراح قانون انتخاب مبني على النسبية وفق 13 دائرة انتخابية.
وفي سياق منفصل،، يغادر الراعي يوم الثلثاء المقبل إلى موسكو في زيارة راعوية تستمر ثلاثة أيام يلتقي في خلالها رئيس مجلس الدوما الروسي سيرغي ناريشكن، وبطريرك موسكو وعموم الروسيا كيريل. على أن يعود إلى بيروت مساء الجمعة.

Geha, I am not surprised by your comment. FPN and Hizb are not my friends. Decency and compassion are. Are you justifying the Patriarch's support of Bashar Assad and his slaughter of so many innocents, for the only reason being for him and his family to stay in power? If so, then you need to examine YOUR conscience, as well.

while I agree with you that Asir should be arrested, but at the same time where are the arrest warrents against hizbushaitan members for what they did and still do in Beirut?

What he says is the cause for all of our ills as a nation. Soul searching is needed if we ever going to become a respected nation. Arms free country is the most important of all. Those how want to carry arms, should go to Iran or even Syria and carry whatever arms they want. Holding Lebanon hostage to Iran, Syria or to any other nation is flat wrong. If the ones who hold arms want to remain armed, then maybe they should be given a part of Lebanon to live on and be a nation that wants to be perpetually armed against Israel. In this way, Israel and this new nation will know they are at war with each other. Holding more than two thirds of the Lebanese hostage to the armed groups who have nothing in their lives except fighting and killing is unequivocally unfair.

The Batrek is not against anyone or religion, he is a loving leader to the human race and he cares about all Christian and none Christian alike, He is promoting peace and love the best way he knows.
