المحكمة العسكرية تخلي احد المعتدين على الجيش في عرسال مقابل مليون ليرة لبنانية

اخلت المحكمة العسكرية احد الموقوفين في ملف الاعتداء على الجيش اللبناني في بلدة عرسال البقاعية الحدودية، مقابل كفالة مالية قدرها مليون ليرة لبنانية.
وافادت "الوكالة الوطنية للاعلام"، الثلاثاء، ان المحكمة فسخت قرار قاضي التحقيق العسكري فادي صوان برد طلب تخلية الموقوف نوفل الحجيري، بقضية الاعتداء على الجيش في عرسال.
وقررت المحكمة تخلية سبيل الحجيري مقابل كفالة مالية قدرها مليون ليرة لبنانية. واشارت الوكالة الى ان هناك 4 موقوفين في الملف تقدموا بطلبات تخلية إلى القاضي صوان.
وقضى النقيب بيار بشعلاني والرقيب أول إبراهيم زهرمان، مطلع شباط الفائت، في كمين مسلح، تعرضا له ومجموعة من عناصر الجيش اللبناني، في بلدة عرسال البقاعية، اثناء توقيف خالد احمد حميد المطلوب إلى العدالة بتهمة القيام بعدة عمليات إرهابية.
وفضلاً عن بشعلاني وزهرمان، ادى الاشتباك الى مقتل الموقوف وجرح عدد من العسكريين وتعرض بعض الآليات العسكرية لأضرار جسيمة، بالإضافة إلى إصابة عدد من المسلحين.
ينتظر القضاء اللبناني انتهاء مخابرات الجيش اللبناني من التحقيق مع الموقوفين لديها في حادثة عرسال، لاصدار مذكرات توقيف بحق من تثبت عليه تهمة المشاركة في القضية.
وكان قد أكد مدعي عام التمييز القاضي حاتم ماضي، ان "القضاء يقوم بواجبه، ومخابرات الجيش تجري التحقيقات اللازمة مع موقوفين". كما ان وزير العدل شكيب قرطباوي، قد قال ان "النيابة العامة تتحرك تلقائياً في متابعة كل الملف حتى النهاية".

Where is the justice for the Lebanese Army martyrs? Why is the Lebanese state unwilling to go after the FSA-Al Qaeda terrorists being harbored in Arsal?
