مقتل عشرة على الأقل واستعمال الأسلحة الثقيلة للمرة الأولى مع احتدام الإشتباكات بقوة في طرابلس

قتل تسعة اشخاص على الاقل الخميس في طرابلس بينما لوحظ دخول مدفعية الهاون من عيار 60 و 81 الى ميدان المعركة واستعمالها للمرة الأولى كما تم استعمال رشاشات ثقيلة تستخدم للمرة الاولى.
واستمرت الإشتباكات بتقطع نهار الخميس إلى أن اشتدت المعارك ليلا في ضوء فشل محاولات متكررة لوقف النار.
من جهته نفى أمين عام الحزب "العربي الديمقراطي" رفعت عيد لـ"LBCI" قصف الحزب لمدينة طرابلس قائلا "عندما يزول جبل محسن تضرب طرابلس والجبل هو الذي يحميها وكل ما يحكى من إطلاق هاون من الجبل على المدينة عار عن الصحة".
وأعلن أنه سيكشف عن "شبكة عريضة بالأسماء لضباط جبهة النصرة الذين يقودون العمليات في طرابلس والذين تدفع لهم قطر والسعودية".
أضاف "من المستحيل ان نقصف طرابلس بل السوريون الذي يرتكبون الفظائع في بلدهم هم من يتحملون مسؤولية ما يجري".
ورد عيد بذلك على معلومات قناة الـ"MTV" التي قالت مساء الخميس ان "قذائف الهاون تطال مناطق بعيدة عن محاور القتال التقليدية" وتنهمر على المدينة.
وأفادت قناة الـ"LBCI" أن "اجتماعات (رئيس الحكومة تصريف الأعمال نجيب) ميقاتي مستمرة مع مسؤولين سياسيين وأمنيين ومجموعة من قادة المحاور لمحاولة الوصول الى حل لوقف الاشتباكات".
كذلك لفتت إذاعة "صوت لبنان 100.5" إلى "مقتل المواطن ميلاد حدشيتي قنصاً في رأسه في مشروع الحريري في القبة".
إلا ان الوكالة "الوطنية للإعلام" أشارت إلى ان "القوى الامنية ستعمل على اتخاذ اجراءات تكون كفيلة باعادة الهدوء الى طرابلس خلال الساعات القليلة المقبلة".
وكان قد أعلن النائب محمد كبارة بعد ظهر الخميس "أننا بصدد التوصل الى قرار بوقف اطلاق النار يلتزم به الجميع ويسمح بتنفيذ خطة أمنية شاملة وانتشار واسع للجيش اللبناني على خط التماس بين المنطقتين وعلى محاور القتال كافة لاعادة الامن والاستقرار الى المدينة".
وفي حين أن الأمر لم يحصل دعا رئيس حكومة تصريف الأعمال نجيب ميقاتي قادة المحاور إلى اجتماع في منزله إلا أنهم لم يأتون بحسب قناة الـ"MTV"، الأمر الذي نفاه مكتب ميقاتي.
في الخسائر أدت الإشتباكات إلى مقتل مواطنين من جبل محسن، هما: علي العلي وسليمان العلي.
وكشفت الوكالة "الوطنية للإعلام" أن "الرصاص البارد وصل إلى التل وأبي سمراء والقبة، وأحدث حالة كبيرة من الخوف بين المواطنين".
في المقابل تعرض احد مراكز الجيش في محلة ضهر المغر - طرابلس" لاطلاق نار ادى الى اصابة ثلاثة عسكريين بجروح مختلفة، كما تعرضت سيارة مدنية تقل عسكريين اثنين لاطلاق نار امام مدخل طبابة منطقة الشمال - طرابلس ادى لاصابتهما بجروح خطرة".
وردت قوى الجيش على مصادر النيران وباشرت عمليات دهم واسعة بحثا عن الفاعلين وتم نقل العسكريين الجرحى الى احد المستشفيات للمعالجة.
وكانت قد أشارت الوكالة الوطنية للإعلام الى أن "ليلة الأربعاء-الخميس الماضية كانت الاعنف منذ بدء المواجهات المسلحة بين باب التبانة وجبل محسن، حيث لم يتوقف سماع دوي القذائف المدفعية والصاروخية طيلة المساء وحتى فالفجر"، مردفة أنه "لوحظ دخول مدفعية الهاون من عيار 60 و 81 الى ميدان المعركة واستعمالها بكثافة في التراشق الذي طاول المنازل الواقعة بعيدة نسبيا عن خطوط التماس ما دفع بعض ائمة المساجد الى التوجه للسكان عبر مكبرات الصوت والمآذن للطلب منهم النزول الى الملاجىء او الطوابق السفلية حفاظا على سلامتهم".
وأضافت الوكالة أن "وحدة المعارك عكستها شراسة الاشتباكات مع استعمال القنابل المضيئة لاستكشاف مصادر القصف المدفعي في خطوة هي الاولى من نوعها كما تم استعمال رشاشات ثقيلة تستخدم للمرة الاولى"، مؤكدة أن "حصيلة مواجهات ليل الأربعاء ستة قتلى على الاقل هم: محمود تركمان، فوزي هوشر، معمر سنكري، خضر علم الدين، محمد قمرالدين وسامر عيد، واكثر من 30 جريحا والعدد مرشح الى الازدياد مع تكشف اسماء القتلى والجرحى".
وافادت الوكالة ان "الاعمال الحربية المتبادلة بين محاور الاشتباكات في طرابلس توقفت منذ الخامسة من صباح الخميس، ولم تعد تسمع اصوات القذائف، فيما استمرت اعمال القنص واطلاق الرشقات النارية من حين الى آخر"، مشيرة الى أن "القذائف والرصاص المتوسط المدى تجاوز مناطق الاشتباكات التقليدية ليل امس، ليصل الى عمق البداوي ووادي النحلة ومخيم البداوي والجوار، مما اوجد حالا من الهلع والخوف لدى المواطنين الذين غادروا منازلهم الى مناطق اكثر امنا".
ولفتت الى ان "عناصر الجيش كانت ترد على مصادر النيران بالاسحلة المناسبة".
وأكدت أنه "تم نقل في ساعات الصباح الاولى اربعة جرحى الى المستشفى الاسلامي الخيري في طرابلس وهم: احمد بارودي، احمد محمد عبيد، محمد جمال زهر، وخالد عبد السلام شيخو".
وأفادت إذاعة "صوت لبنان" (93.3) الخميس عن "نشوب حريق جراء سقوط قذيفة على مستودعٍ للأغذية في الملولة بطرابلس وسحب الدخان ترتفع وتغطّي سماء المدينة".
وفي هذا السياق، اطلع رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان من وزير الدفاع الوطني فايز غصن الخميس، على الوضع في منطقة طرابلس ومحيطها والاجراءات التي ينفذها الجيش على الارض بغية ضبط التوتر وانهائه واعادة الحياة الى طبيعتها.
وكان نقل ليلا الى المستشفى الاسلامي محمد خالد سعيد، هلال يحيى الحصني، محسن علي قريط، سلوى محي الدين برجاوي، خديجة سالم الرفاعي ويوسف محمد الاقرع (سوري الجنسية واصابته حرجة).

Unfortunately that's not how it works. Either all or none. You think they are willingly going to give up their weapons while others are armed? If its a matter of population then let the Shia start.
And now because qusayr is falling it is the Sunnis that instigated. Does that mean for the past 2-3 years when the rebels were heading from victory to victory the alawis were the instigators?
Disarming ALL factions is not going to happen unfortunately. So let all factions arm. One way or the other it balances the playing field.

No good whatsoever. I agree 100% mc. That's why I have always been an advocate of no weapons with ANYONE. But one party refused. I cannot blame others for arming. Is this the best for Lebanon? Absolutely not. Is it logical for others to arm when it is halal for some. I can't blame them. I've always said. Weapons with some will give the others an excuse to arm. And here we have it. mc - The people of Tripoli do not want any armed faction (be it in Bab Al Tebbaneh or Jabal Mohsin). But in a choice between the criminal gangs in Jabal Mohsin (who participated in horrendous massacres against the people of Tripoli and till very recently dominated the city through a series of extortion and smuggling rackets) and the Salafists, they will take the salafists. If you expect that the victims will accept to disarm first, then you are wrong. As for Geha, the overwhelming majority of the people do not want to see Jabal Mohsin wiped out. They want to see this criminal gang removed from there. However, they want the army to do so and maintain the peace. If the shelling of Tripoli continues, there will be a time where the majority will turn and demand radical actions. I hope we never arrive to this.

If he army is capable of disarming bab eltebanneh then it is capable of protecting Jabal Mohsen with both sides disarmed.
If the fall of Qusayr will cause salafists to pour into Tripoli, then why is the Hezb assisting in ensuring its fall?
If Jabal Mohsen need to keep their arms because they are few in numbers then Hezb must disarm and the Christians must arm since they are the current minority.
If you are for the rise of the state of Lebanon, then ALL must disarm, be civilians and secular minded.

I think the real cause of such fights is hizbillat and its interferring inside Syria (and inside Lebanon where normally the government and its army should solve such tensions). All Lebanon should be disarmed and we need to be like Switzrland... We don't need any arms inlcuding the Army... We should be in Peace, because in any war we always loose... Guaranteed...
