عون يدعو لتغيير الأجهزة الأمنية: لا يمكن رفض الطعن بالتمديد ولن نستقيل

رأى رئيس تكتل "التغيير والإصلاح" النائب ميشال عون أن المجلس الدستوري سيقبل الطعن بالتمديد لمجلس النواب، داعيا من جهة أخرى الأجهزة الأمنية إلى الإستقالة وضبط الوضع في مدينة طرابلس.
وقال عون بعد اجتماع التكتل في مقر إقامته بالرابية عصر الثلاثاء " ناقشنا بإسهاب الطعن الذي قدمناه ورأينا أنه إذا قبل الطعن ما هي الأصداء. وجدنا أنه كأي مقعد فارغ تحصل انتخابات خلال 60 يوما(إذا قبل الطعن)".
وتوجه "للمتحدثين عن الفراغ" قائلا "ستبقى السلطة تنفيذية ومجلس النواب يلتئم بعد 60 يوما وتحصل انتخابات خاصة أن كل الناس جهزت نفسها في 16 حزيران" أي الموعد المقرر سابقا للإنتخابات النيابية.
أضاف قائلا "لا يمكن إلا أن يقبل الطعن وإذا لم يقبل نرى ما هو النص المكتوب من المجلس الدستوري وعندها نعلم من هم القضاة المولج فيهم (تطبيق) القانون".
وردا على سؤال أجاب "لا يجوز أن "نسيب" البرلمان (نتركه وحاله) ونحن لا نستقيل من مهمة إذا ارتكب أحد خطأ" سائلا "هل تريدون أن نخرج ونصرخ من الخارج؟ لا لن نفعلها".
وكان قد أقر مجلس النواب التمديد لنفسه 17 شهرا تنتهي في 20 تشرين الثاني 2014 في 31 أيار الفائت.
وقدم كل من رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان ونواب التيار "الوطني الحر" فقط من التكتل طعنا بقانون التمديد.
من جهة أخرى استغرب عون كيف أن "التفجير يعلو عند البحث في التمديد لمجلس النواب أو عدمه" متابعا "وكأن نواب طرابلس يبرؤون أنفسهم وهم من ربوا المسلحين فهل يريدون أن يحسم الجيش الأمر؟ ليكونوا واضحين وليس بالتهديد و"الهوبرة" والإتهامات المتبادلة".
وأردف "لا يقل لي أحد أن جبل محسن يعتدي على طرابلس وهم مطوقون وطرابلس تتخرب والشعارات التي نسمعها ليست جيدة أبدا وإذا كان جبل محسن غير لبناني فليسحبوا منه الهوية ويعيدوه إلى سوريا. هذا أمر غير مقبول".
كذلك شدد عون على أن "هناك إرادات محلية وأمنية تشعل الوضع في طرابلس ولا نقبل أن تبقى الأستخبارات عن المعلومات التي لديها ومجبورة أن تقول للشعب من يطلق النار على من ومن يستهدف من ودائما نشكت ولا نترك الأمور تعالج وكل الأمور حذرنا منها في الوقت المناسب".
عليه قال رئيس التيار "الوطني الحر" خاتما "فليتم تغيير الأجهزة الأمنية وليضعوا أناس أكفاء" سائلا "إلى من ينتسب المسلحون؟ إلى النواب؟ ليسحب كل منهم جماعته. ما هي هويتهم؟".
يذكر أن طرابلس تشهد منذ الأحد الفائت الجولة السابعة عشر من الإشتباكات المستمرة منذ عام 2008 وقد ذهب ضحية عمليات القنص سبعة قتلى وأكثر من أربعين جريحا.

I agree with FT's. Aoun, like any politician, wants to build on a weakness in the opposing camp, since Geagea tergiversated on the orthodox proposal, aoun is seizing the weakness. Anyone would do the same.
However, roar, I dont think Aoun was fair for the christians: Aoun was against the mustakbal/Lebanese forces hybrid proposal EVEN THOUGH THIS LAW IS BETTER FOR THE CHRISTIANS THAN THE 60s LAW. when the orthodox proposal failed, he prefered the 60s law to the hybrid, to not give geagea the credit of getting a few more christian seats. Here GMA was not fair.
As for the other groups waiting for syrian outcome. I agree.

If it was just as bad as the 60s law, why didnt he accept it? why didnt he negotiate to change it a bit, taking in account the kataeb's issues, and get to a solution? since mustakbal and LF accepted it, and HA was ready to take whatever the christians wanted, he could have made the difference, lost 3 or 4 votes and got us a new parliament.
