احالة احد مناصري الاسير للنيابة بجرم نقل اسلحة لسوريا ومذكرة يتوقيف ستة آخرين

أحيل احد الموقوفين من مجموعة الشيخ احمد الاسير، الخميس، الى النيابة العامة العسكرية بجرم نقل اسلحة ومتفجرات الى سوريا.
من جهة أخرى تابع قاضي التحقيق العسكري الأول رياض أبو غيدا، تحقيقاته مع موقوفي أحداث عبرا، فاستجوب تسعة موقوفين ترك ثلاثة منهم، وأصدر مذكرات وجاهية بتوقيف ستة سندا الى مواد الإدعاء.
فقد استجوب قاضي التحقيق العسكري فادي صوان الموقوف (م.ش)، احد موقوفي مجموعة الاسير، في جرم القيام بأعمال ارهابية ونقل اسلحة وذخائر ومتفجرات الى سوريا.
وأشارت "الوكالة الوطنية للاعلام"، الى أن الموقوف كان يرافق الاسير في زياراته الى سوريا والقي القبض عليه بعد سقوط المربع الامني في عبرا، واصدرت مذكرة وجاهية بتوقيفه.
وختم صوان التحقيق واحاله الى النيابة العامة العسكرية لابداء المطالعة في الاساس.
والاربعاء، أصدر قاضي التحقيق العسكري الاول رياض ابو غيدا مذكرات توقيف غيابية في حق فارين من وجه العدالة، بينهم امام مسجد بلال بن رباح الشيخ احمد الاسير وفضل شاكر، في ملف أحداث عبرا.
واصدر مذكرات وجاهية، التي اصبح عددها 20.
يُشار الى أن المعارك بين الجيش اللبناني وعناصر الاسير، يومي 23 و24 حزيران في عبرا في صيدا، أدت الى سقوط 18 قتيلاً و20 جريحاً من الجيش اللبناني، فضلاً عن مقتل أكثر من 20 عنصر من عناصر الاسير.
في حين لم يظهر أي من الاسير أو شاكر بعد انتهاء الاشتباكات وسط معلومات متضاربة عن مكان وجودهما أو مصيرهما.

Wake up RFT, your cool thoughts are off track, listen to mowaten's version he got it right.
Any UN resolution will not be calling for "Lebanon" to withdraw, but rather HA (which is basically Iran).

Day in day out you guys talk of Samer Hanna, a case which is 5 years old and was judged and closed long ago. The only possible reason for this is that you're paid to make cheap propaganda against Hezbollah, overusing each opportunity you get to do so.
Do you even know the name of the officers who were butchered in Arsal? The names of the soldiers that Assir cowardly killed? The names of the soldiers who died in the border clash of 2010? Don't you come and tell us you care about our soldiers, you're a fake who only cares about hating on HA.
