رئيس الجمهورية يستنكر اغتيال جمو ويحذر من جعل لبنان "ساحة لتصفية الحسابات"

استنكر رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان جريمة اغتيال رئيس الدائرة السياسية والعلاقات الدولية في المنظمة العالمية للمغتربين العرب المحلل السياسي السوري محمد ضرار جمو.
وحذر سليمان الخميس "من انتقال الصراعات بين الافرقاء السوريين الى داخل لبنان واتخاذه ساحة لتصفية الحسابات".
كما طلب من الاجهزة الامنية المعنية تكثيف نشاطها لمنع حصول مثل هذه الاعمال "والعمل على توقيف مرتكبيها في حال حصولها حفاظا على استقرار الوضع وسلامة المواطنين".
وكانت قد ذكرت وكالة الانباء السورية الرسمية (سانا) ان "مجموعة ارهابية مسلحة" اغتالت أمام منزله في بلدة الصرفند في الجنوب.
وقالت زوجته سهام يونس لصحافيين انها كانت عادت لتوها مع زوجها الى المنزل قبل موعد السحور واوقف زوجها السيارة قرب المنزل "وانزل منها مشتريات ودخل المبنى، وما هي الا لحظات حتى سمعت طلقات نارية غزيرة، ثم وجدته ممددا في مدخل البيت ومغطى بالدماء".
واضافت فيما بدا عليها الانهيار "كان يشعر بانه مراقب، وقد تلقى امس اتصالا هاتفيا من اصدقاء له في حزب البعث داخل سوريا دعوه الى ضرورة الانتباه الى نفسه والتزام الحذر".
وهي المرة الاولى منذ بدء الازمة في سوريا في اذار 2011 التي يتم فيها اغتيال مسؤول سوري على الاراضي اللبنانية.
