14 آذار تطالب بالعودة عن قرار بسحب عناصر حماية بعض نواب "القوات" و"الكتائب" وشربل يوضح

أعلن عدد من نواب حزبي "الكتائب اللبنانية" و"القوات اللبنانية" سحب كل العناصر الأمنية المولجة حمايتهم في حين رد وزير الداخلية والبلديات في حكومة تصريف الأعمال مروان شربل أنه تم سحب العناصر الإضافية فقط.
وفي التفاصيل، تبلغ عضو كتلة "الكتائب" النائب نديم الجميل من مجلس الامن المركزي قرار سحب كل عناصر الامن المولجة حمايته.
بناء على ذلك، حمل الجميل مباشرة "مسؤولية أمنه الشخصي الى وزير الداخلية في حكومة تصريف الاعمال مروان شربل".
كما رأى أن "بلاغ كهذا هو بمثابة رسالة يقول فيها الوزير نفسه أنه من سيضمن أمن وحماية النواب، آخذا في الاعتبار أحلك الظروف والفلتان الامني الذي يمر به البلد، مع عودة موجة التفجيرات والاغتيالات".
وقبل ذلك أكدت إذاعة "صوت لبنان 100.5" الخميس أن النائب "سامي الجميل تبلغ من مجلس الأمن المركزي القرار بسحب كل عناصر قوى الأمن المولجة حمايته".
وكان عضو كتلة "المستقبل" النيابية النائب احمد فتفت قد تبلّغ ايضاً من مجلس الامن المركزي سحب العناصر الامنية المولجة حمايته، محملا في مؤتمر صحافي المعنيين بهذا القرار مسؤولية اي حادث او مكروه يتعرض له. ليعود ويتلقى اتصالاً من وزير الداخلية في حكومة تصريف الأعمال مروان شربل ابلغه فيه اعادة العناصر الامنية المولجة حمايته.
ولاحقا أفادت معلومات لـ"MTV" أنه تم "سحب العناصر الامنية المولجة حماية النائب ايلي ماروني".
بدوره أعلن عضو كتلة "القوات اللبنانية" أنطوان زهرا زهرا لـ"MTV" عن اتخاذ الخطوة عينها لحقه قائلا "نحن في صدد الاعداد لبيان مشترك داخل 14 آذار لشجب التدابير الامنية الأخيرة".
وقالت إذاعة "صوت لبنان 100.5" أن "كتلة القوات اللبنانية تبلغت قرار سحب العناصر الامنية المولجة حماية نوابها".
ونقلت الإذاعة عن زهرا قوله أن "قرار سحب الحماية الامنية يشمل جميع النواب وسأل عن توقيته في ظل عودة الاغتيالات".
بدوره، رد شربل في بيان موضحا أنه "تقرر في الاجتماع الاخير لمجلس الامن المركزي سحب عناصر قوى الامن الداخلي الاضافية المخصصة لبعض الشخصيات السياسية والمخالفة لاحكام المرسوم رقم 2512 " تنظيم مرافقة وحماية الشخصيات أو المراجع " .
كما شرح أنه " تقرر في نفس الاجتماع الطلب الى المدير العام لقوى الامن الداخلي بالوكالة اعداد جدول باسماء الشخصيات السياسية الذين هم بحاجة الى ابقاء الحماية الموجودة ، وذلك بالتنسيق مع المدير العام للامن العام ، ورفع المقترحات في هذا الشأن لاتخاذ قرار في هذا الموضوع في الجلسة المقبلة لمجلس الامن المركزي".
وأكد وزير الداخلية أنه "بغية وضع عناصر حماية ومرافقة الشخصيات والمراجع في اطارها القانوني يتم سحب عناصر قوى الامن الداخلي الاضافية التي كانت موضوعة بتصرف هؤلاء لاجراء دورات اعادة تأهيل لهم وتعزيز المخافر في جميع المناطق اللبنانية".
وفي هذا السياق، طالبت قوى الرابع عشر من آذار مجلس الامن المركزي "بالعودة عن قراره"، محلة ايها كما وزير الداخلية مروان شربل مسؤولية أي أذى يتعرض له النواب.
ورأت قوى 14 آذار في بيان صادر عنها ، ان "قرار مجلس الأمن المركزي يتعارض كليا مع الأجواء الأمنية الخطيرة التي تعصف بالبلاد"، لافتة الى أن هذه الاجواء "أصبحت ضاغطة على جميع اللبنانيين، والتي كان قد أقرّ بها وزير الداخلية شخصياً عبر وسائل الإعلام".
وإذ طالبت "بالعودة الفورية عن هذا القرار وإعادة العناصر إلى مراكزها"، حملت القوى "مجلس الأمن المركزي بكل أجهزته كما شربل شخصياً مسؤولية أي أذى يتعرض له نائب أو أي شخصية منتسبة إلى قوى 14 آذار".
وعليه، سألت "هل قررت الحكومة تشجيع القتلة وأصحاب مخططات الإغتيالات السياسية بموقفها هذا"، مضيفة: "ما هي الخطوات البديلة التي قررتها وزارة الداخلية لحماية أمن القوى السياسية الديمقراطية التي لا تؤمن إلا بالسلاح اللبناني الشرعي؟"

You really are an ignorant fool. Security agents are paid anyway.
They can sit idle all day and do nothing like most of them do or protect MPs...
I would rather they do their jobs and hunt down criminals, drug dealers, weapon dealers, Hezbollah members demanded for questioning. But in this case, it would mean doing their actual jobs which they are paid for.

Hariri was the first politician from the OLD ESTABLISHEMENT to turn his back against Syria and lobby for Hezbollah's disarmement.

The article is not clear if it applies to all. Assassinations in the past did not apply to all (only to one camp) and hence security measures should take that into consideration. The big sharks do not need such measures as they have their own (trusted from within the sect such as Jumblat, Nasrallah, Berri, etc.) and they trust their own more than the state security anyways.

Well to be fair, I suppose tightening the belt a bit seems like a good idea in light of the recent influx of refugees. I mean, I'm sure everyone agrees that national profits and expenditure should be funneled to the citizens of the country ... but I also suppose a humanitarian responsibility is upon us to care for refugees as much as we can (one can see the shortcomings of failing to do so as well).
I'm a bit saddened at the moment, we have a perfect country but fail the people in every regard, woe is us?! I want to worry about superficialities, not our country and lives.
