ميقاتي:الشرعية الدولية تؤكد حق المقاومة في مواجهة اسرائيل ولبنان ملتزم بها

أكد رئيس حكومة تصريف الأعمال نجيب ميقاتي أن "الشرعية الدولية تؤكد حق المقاومة في مواجهة العدو الاسرائيلي"، مردفاً أن " التزام لبنان بهذه الشرعية يكرّس حقه في المقاومة وفقا لاحكام المادة 51 من ميثاق الامم المتحدة".
واشار ميقاتي في حديث لصحيفة "السفير" نشر الخميس الى أن "الشرعية الدولية تؤكد حق المقاومة في مواجهة العدو الاسرائيلي. أما قرار الاتحاد الاوروبي فيشير الى "الجناح العسكري" الذي معناه الحرفي "المقاومة"، والتي لطالما أكدتُ وأؤكد أنها حق مقدس تكرسه الشرعية الدولية".
وأضاف أن " لبنان حريص على إبقاء افضل العلاقات مع دول الاتحاد الاوروبي"، موضحاً "لقد بادرتُ الى هذا الكلام من موقعي كرجل دولة مسؤول، ومن منطلق الحرص على مصلحة لبنان، فإذا كانوا من جهة قد تناولوا "حزب الله"، فقد رددتُ على ذلك بالإصرار على الشرعية الدولية التي تؤكد حق المقاومة، وأما في ما خص الدولة اللبنانية فقد حيّدوها، ومن هنا رددتُ بالحرص على افضل العلاقات، وليس برد انفعالي يسيء للبنان ولمصلحته ويضع رأسه تحت المقصلة".
وشدد ميقاتي على أننا "سنعمل جاهدين مع دول الاتحاد الأوروبي من اجل اعادة النظر في القرار المتخذ من جانبها، حرصاً على استقرار لبنان وعدم إلحاق الضرر بمكوناته، اذ يكفيه ما يعانيه من انعكاسات سلبية جراء الأزمة في سوريا، والتطورات الحاصلة في بعض دول المنطقة".
وكان قد قرر وزراء خارجية الاتحاد الاوروبي الاثنين ادراج الجناح العسكري لحزب الله على قائمة المنظمات الارهابية، مؤكدين في الوقت نفسه انهم يريدون "مواصلة الحوار" مع كل الاحزاب السياسية اللبنانية بما فيها الحزب .

Its simple, Christians get old Lebanon (phoenicia) the western mountain range from north to south and the rest will devide the rest which is already segregated anyway, HA north east and sunnis south east, and our mother tongue which is aramaic is been well and truly revived in Israel by tje catholic maronite community which will replace arabic that we have adopted since the 17th century,enough is enough.

THis said the right of COUNTRIES, not armed groups sponsored and controlled by a foreign country. In any case, there is no part of Lebanon that is under foreign occupation so the reason for their existence is in question also.

is it that hard to believe that if a law gives a resistance legitimacy. that so called resistance will lose all legitimacy when it starts getting implicated in multiple terroristic acts against opposition and civilians?

If what I read in the article concerning Article 51: “Nothing in the present Charter shall impair the inherent right of individual or collective self-defense if an armed attack occurs against a Member of the United Nations, until the Security Council has taken measures necessary to maintain international peace and security.”
Then, I can only assume the State of Lebanon attacked the country of Syria via Hizthrowup. And if that is the case, then any "collective" groups fighting in Syria that are labeled "terrorist" organizations can be considered "resistance" groups. Sound right?
