78-Year-Old Man Tries to Smuggle Hashish to Jailed Grandson

The 78-year-old man, identified as Sh. B., was arrested by police guards at the Zahle prison, an Internal Security Forces statement said.
“He tried to smuggle hashish to his 25-year-old grandson by hiding the quantity in a winter jacket,” the statement added.
On Saturday, guards at the Tyre prison thwarted an attempt to smuggle hashish hidden in a number of potatoes.
Bizarre attempts to smuggle drugs into prisons have increased in recent months.
On October 22, guards foiled a bid to smuggle hundreds of Benzhexol pills and an amount of hashish that were hidden in a pair of shoes into the al-Qobbeh prison in Tripoli.
In July, security forces at the Aley prison seized a quantity of hashish that was hidden in “21 pistachio shells.”
Earlier in the year, security guards at the Zahle prison foiled separate attempts to smuggle drugs in a toothpaste tube, meat pastries, meat sandwiches and apricots.

Well I admit it is wrong and it is illegal. But I still think it is hilarious, and this man is 78 yrs old the jails are overcrowded better jail the terrorists with the few places that are available.
