Mashnouq Kicks Off France Visit with Security Meetings
Interior Minister Nouhad al-Mashnouq kicked off on Monday a trip to France where he is scheduled to meet with a number of security and political officials, reported Voice of Lebanon radio (93.3).
It said that he will begin his visit by holding talks with security officials to discuss coordination in a number of fields, especially combating terrorism.
The minister is accompanied on his trip by a number of heads of security agencies.
On Thursday, Mashnouq will meet with Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius to tackle bilateral ties and local and regional developments, most notably Lebanon’s fate following Iran’s nuclear deal with the West, said VDL.

Quite honestly, I don't see M8 personalities going anywhere these days, but I see M14 ones going places. I see one of the main M8 characters still incapable of gathering more than 70 cars, (nah, not the troll), Aoun doesn't even go to Dahieh these days. I see Geagea going places, Mashnouq going places, Jumblatt going places, but till now not one M8er going anywhere. Is this the first signs of changing times? We will know soon by the virulent M8 trolls posting, name-calling and resuming their thumbing activities on this forum, well,...when bottlers get bored, this is the most they can do.
