Jumblat Says Major Disturbances Approaching the Region, Precautions Necessary in Lebanon
Progressive Socialist Party leader MP Walid Jumblat on Saturday urged for “precaution in Lebanon” following early morning Israeli aggression against Syria and the earlier Israeli threats against Lebanon.
“It seems that there are major disturbances lurking in the region's horizons...It will not be useful to think of separating tracks since the Israelis have already linked them.”
On his Twitter page the PSP chief added: “To decision makers in Lebanon, precaution and staying away from huge and costly projects are a necessity...The best thing is to apply reform and austerity while awaiting the storms, for history repeats itself.”

The pleasure was all mine. Personnellement pour moi, voir cette vidéo m’a choqué et a cela s’ajoute l’incompréhension, pourquoi toutes ces crapules sont encore en liberté et, pire encore, au pouvoir!?

Il est vrai que nos concitoyens sont défaitistes. Je disai à un membre de ma famille résidant au Liban de signer une pétition pour préserver une ancienne bâtisse , que m’a t’il répondu? Ça ne changera rien. Les élections approchent à grand pas, je suis convaincu que ce sera rebelote. Et pourtant il faut croire à l’impossible si l’on veut que ça change un jour . Qui eut cru que Trump aurait été élu président il y a 5 ans? Pas grand monde. Il faut toutefois admettre que le système électoral a été dessiné pour asseoir le pouvoir des partis politiques historiques... et ça, c’est anti-démocratique. Il faut que les libanais vivant au Liban se bougent, ils ont bien réussi à botter les syriens hors du pays sans tirer une seule balle, tout aussi incroyable qu’improbable. À bon entendeur... salut.
