Iran Ambassador Meets Franjieh, Hopes for Quick Govt. Formation
Iran’s new ambassador to Lebanon Mohammad-Jalal Firouznia on Friday held talks in Bnashii with Marada Movement chief Suleiman Franjieh.
“We hope to witness a quick formation of the new Lebanese government,” the ambassador said after the meeting.
“We are fully confident that as the new Lebanese government begins its work, we will all witness a new phase involving further cooperation between Lebanon and Iran in all fields,” Firouznia added.
