French Ambassador: The Lebanese Need Justice to be Served
French Ambassador to Lebanon Anne Grillo voiced France’s support to the Lebanese, on the first anniversary of the Beirut port blast.
She said in a tweet Wednesday that “her thoughts are with the victims who passed away unjustly.”
“The Lebanese need justice to be served, to be able to mourn,” Grillo added.
The ambassador expressed her solidarity “with those who survived, with the Beirutis and with all my dear Lebanese friends,” stressing that France and the French people are standing with Lebanon.
