Jumblat: Dialogue ‘Essential’ but What's More Important is Cabinet Convening
Progressive Socialist Party chief Walid Jumblat lauded President Michel Aoun for calling for a dialogue, in a statement he posted on social media.
“I think that President Aoun's call for dialogue is essential but the more important thing is for Cabinet to convene,” Jumblat said.
He added that the Cabinet must convene “to start negotiations with the international institutions, before the parliamentary elections.”

One more time: Jumblatt, Miquati or any politician trying to negotiate with HizbIran to keep even one Iranian rocket on Lebanese soil is a traitor. No freedom, democracy, dignity, humanity. justice, progress, rebuilding and recovery is possible with Iranian arms and Basij invading our country. Enough with this rotten political class. Everyone knows that Lebanon salvation is in Cedar Revolution 2 with one theme: No arms outside army & positive neutrality. All must join efforts for Cedar Revolution 2 one-million plus peaceful march, this time including Imam Moussa Saddr Shia community. Then a vetted political-economic-development program that restores democracy, vibrancy and entrepreneurial spirit to Lebanon; with honest, decent and capable representatives to implement this plan. No doubt majority, including Shia, will vote for them. But all must start with Cedar Revolution 2 to end Iranian arms legitimacy that are spreading misery and despair all over Lebanon. This is what the world is waiting for from us. This step open the flood of aid and support from expat, Arab and Western nations.
