Report: Hochstein to warn Israel against 'adventure in the north'
U.S. mediator Amos Hochstein will arrive in the region carrying the following message: “Refrain from escalation” against Hezbollah, Israel’s Channel 12 reported.
“Hochstein will carry a U.S. message to the political leadership in Israel, asking it not to go to an adventure in the north because it will be very costly,” Channel 12 added.
“Hochstein will exert an extra effort to reach a settlement in the north, but the problem is that such a settlement is also linked to a ceasefire in Gaza,” the channel said.
