Report: Israel preparing to end war on Lebanon within two weeks
Israel is preparing arrangements to end the war on Lebanon’s front withing two weeks, Israel’s Channel 12 has reported.
A senior Israeli official meanwhile told the channel that “it is possible to reach an agreement on the northern front in 10 to 14 days.”
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Sunday that “with or without an agreement, the key to restoring peace and security in the north … is first and foremost to push Hezbollah back beyond the Litani River, secondly to target any attempt to rearm, and thirdly to respond firmly to any action taken against us."
