Two Israeli soldiers killed, 7 wounded in south Lebanon blast
Two Israeli soldiers were killed and seven others wounded in a bomb explosion inside a booby-trapped building in Majdalzoun in south Lebanon, Israeli media reported Wednesday.
Later in the day, Israeli warplanes launched two airstrikes on al-Mansouri while artillery shelled the outskirts of Majdalzoun. Warplanes also conducted mock raids and dropped flares over several areas in southern Lebanon.
Israeli forces were detonating houses overnight into Wednesday in the border towns of Kfartebnit, al-Mansouri and Haddatha, and burning forests and fruit-bearing trees in Houla, with flames spreading to houses in the occupied border town.
Meanwhile, in the Nabatieh district, the Israeli military dropped flare bombs over the heights of Kfar Remman.
