Israeli strike wounds two, damages ambulance in Nabatiyeh

An Israeli drone struck Tuesday a vehicle in the southern city of Nabatiyeh, wounding two people, the health ministry said.

A double-tap strike targeted first responders who rushed to the scene, damaging an ambulance.

Drones dropped explosive and incendiary munitions, causing wildfires on the outskirts of Nabatiyeh and Kfar Remman while artillery shelled Zawtar al-Sharqiyeh.

Firefighters were targeted as they tried to extinguish a fire, but no injuries were reported.

Israeli forces meanwhile advanced from Haddatha towards Aita al-Jabal.

Artillery and detonations were reported overnight in Ali al-Taher, al-Taybeh, al-Mansouri and Deir Seryan.
