Shqaif, 27, was undergoing surgery at hospital, but he didn’t survive.
The army arrested a Syrian driver, who had parked his car under the Khalde bridge during the incident, for questioning, the state-run National News Agency reported.
@ FT, i totally agree with you on this one, whatever the surviving guy is , a mafioso or a normal citizen, his identity should not be unveiled like that. This is pure idiotic media thinking. And yet again now the survivor probablys got to pack up and get the hell out as soon as hes better. Media in lebanon is horrribly unprofessionnal. No media in the world gives up the names of survivor of such "incidents" for their safety. Only in lebanon, where the media cares to inflamme as usual the situation in order to get more crappy news.
The media does not put weapons in the hands of barberic relics from the dark ages and command them to kill people they have a feud with.
What part of "but he didn't survive" didn't you get? stop blaming the media for everything and start blaming the mafiosis who made it fine and acceptable to have people walking the streets carrying weapons ... I meant your "Nasr Elahi" dude
