Three people were wounded on Wednesday at the Palestinian refugee camp of Ain el-Hilweh in southern Lebanon, reported the National News Agency.
It said that three Palestinians were wounded in an individual dispute that broke out when Mohammed Ismail attempted to enter the United Nations Relief and Works Agency office at the camp.
The head of the office prevented Ismail from entering the office, prompting a verbal dispute between the two sides.
Members of the Fatah movement soon intervened and sided with the head of the UNRWA office.
The dispute soon escalated into an armed clash that resulted in the injury of Mohammed al-Shibil, Manal Mohammed Ismail, and Mahmoud Dahsha.
Palestinian authorities soon intervened to calm the situation and withdraw gunmen from the streets of the camp.
