The army detonated on Saturday a cluster bomb left over from the 2006 Israeli aggression on Lebanon in al-Bayader area in Shebaa, the National News Agency reported.

According to the news agency, a citizen has detected the bomb in a field and informed immediately the army about it.

The United Nations estimates that a million cluster bombs were dropped on Lebanon by Israel between July 12 and August 14 in 2006 in the war with Hizbullah.

Meanwhile the NNA said that the Israeli army was carrying out contingency maneuvers in the occupied area of Shebaa Farms.

The report said that Israeli reconnaissance aircraft also flew over the border line.

Peace with Israel will provide the maps.

They did that with Egypt and Jordan, so why shouldn't they do that after a peace treaty with Lebanon.

Excactly. A treaty with Israel will eleminate the filthy militia to an uneducated lawless sect.

Looking at it from the outside, I can't see any hostility between the Lebanese Republic and the State of Israel.
The only active hostility I see and read about is that between Lebanon and Hizballah, and Israel and Hizballah.
As the UN states categorically Shebaa is not Lebanese territory, but Syrian, and the status needs to be settled between the two countries.
