Airport Customs Foil Attempt to Smuggle Cocaine by Two Turks
إقرأ هذا الخبر بالعربيةBeirut Rafik Hariri International Airport customs foiled on Thursday an attempt to smuggle 13 kilograms of cocaine into the country, the National News Agency reported.
According to the news agency, the customs seized the cocaine inside three double-based cases belonging to two Turkish nationals.
The two men, 56 and 32, arrived in Lebanon from Brazil inbound from Doha.
The NNA said that the competent security apparatus at the airport interrogated the two men and referred them to the Anti-Drug Bureau for further investigations.
