Son of Businessman, 12, Abducted in Ramlet al-Baida

The 12-year-old son of a businessman from the Awada family was kidnapped on Wednesday near his residence in Ramlet al-Baida in Beirut, the state-run National News Agency reported.
The news agency said that four unknown assailants in a tinted windows Nissan Sunny abducted Mohammed Nidal Awada at 7:00 a.m. from Bella Rosa building near Spinneys.
Security forces arrived swiftly at the scene and opened an investigation into the incident.
MTV channel reported that the captors opened fire in the air before abducting Mohammed. They then called his parents and asked for a 1 million dollar ransom.
The NNA said the assailants were witnessed heading towards the South.
The channel said that the father of the kid owns two large sewing factories.
The kidnap-for-ransom phenomenon has recently increased and has strongly been criticized by officials from across the political spectrum.

now with iraan having less money, hizbushaitan needs money to pay his followers, so.....

Go and see how the new suburbs looks; They paid millions of dollars to reconstruct the demolished homes to make it better homes for everybody when they could have simply constructed the same quality as before and not paying that much. And Hezbollah get paychecks from rich families round the clock just as a support, they don't need to kidnap for it. And if you tell your little story to any political analyser that knows Hezbollah's history he will tell you this is not Hezbollah. Ignorant is the word to describe you. And I'm sure your religion tells you not to convict anyone without a proof.

Probably not Hizb, but hey wait a minute - there is enough evidence that Hizb is heavily involved in drugs, money laundering and illegal activities. So it is idiotic to accuse them of kidnapping and it is more idiotic to think that they are crystal clear.... but of course all this is conspiracy -)

When are we going to pout and end to this criminals i can understand geha acusation, coz when Hezbollah undermined authority and spread arms back left and wright to justify his arms, that’s what you get a lawless country, and could you explain to me Mr issa why the kidnapers are always the from the same groups that loyal to Hezbollah!!!

Geha I'm not so sure you're Lebanese. You might as well take down the flag hanging next to your username. You have to understand that you're accusing a big party of the lebanese citizens with absolutely no proof. No matter who's controlling what, you have no right putting the word satan next to such movemet. I really don't know what agenda you're serving but if you truly care about your country try investing your anger in deceiving our real and only enemy israel, rather than helping the internal division which is caused by that very last party.

In any case, if you notice almost all of the kidnappings have taken place in the Bakaa and the south, areas that are held by HA which won't let the state security forces into its area.
