peace it is m14 who is refusing dialogue and making the weapons of HA the only focal point of everything.
HA cannot surrender weapons because this would make us vulnerable to israel, the country which bombed invaded occupied tortured lebanon, and in particular south lebanon, so many times before.

it is easy for those who were comfy in the 90s to not worry about it, but those who had to endure it for years alone while the rest of lebanon did not give a damn, cannot disregard it.

if the condition for m14 to talk is for HA to surrender the south to israel and abandon the people and dismiss their legitimate fears, than there will be no talk, and we know what happens when opposing groups stop talking. if that is what m14 wants, and they don't want to hear anything else, than there is nothing to be done, you dont make unity and understanding with just one side.
