about gaza i'm not sure, since they've already destroyed all official buildings, a lot of schools and hospitals in 2008/2009, and since have prevented construction materials from entering the strip (simple concrete was banned for instance, because it can be used to "build bunkers"...)
i dont know how many of their schools and hospitals the gazans managed to rebuild, and how many israel will enjoy destroying again.

no geha, we learned one thing: by being able to hit back, we can dissuade israel of attacking. Since 2006 there were 0 israeli attacks on lebanon, that's the longest period in decades without the traditional "summer bombardments".

as element of comparison, gaza since 2006 has been hit countless times, with at least two massive attacks (2008/9 and now).
