the bodies were found in a rebel-controlled area, this at least is corroborated by both sides (the rebel commander who says they recovered the bodies, and the official who says the bodies are in a rebel-controlled zone)
so i wonder: how could the regime have executed people and carried their bodies through front lines into rebel zones?
