now give me thumbs down instead of debating the core issue, just to show how smart and rational you guys are, or send "profile" to copy paste his usual junk, just to confirm you have nothing to answer on the core. :)
of course i did not quote the entire RPE document, nor the entire text of every rule, or else my post would have been twice as long as it already is.
but still willing to understand from you how these two articles change anything?
first article says they may chose to not disclose under "certain" circumstances
article 2 says the judges may consult the victims and witnesses. note: judges, not defense attorney!
article 3 says they will reveal in sufficient time prior. ... but subject to rule 133 which allows, among others, use of pseudonyms, non-disclosure of names, giving testimony through closed circuit television or shielding the accused from the direct view of the witness.
shallowness at its best. done wasting my time. you guys can't be reasoned with, and anyway you don't matter in any way. you are merely followers with no weight whatsoever. keep dreaming.
humm, israel makes accusations and asks Thailand, who otherwise had nothing against those men, to arrest them. yet some here answer with great indignation to the anticipated claim that it is an israeli maneuver.
i pity you fools, especially those who really believe what they are saying, because you are so blind if you saw shit, and smelled its smell, but feltman told you it was loukoums you'd eat them and write poetry on how good they tasted.
hundreds of thousands of tons of high explosives in israel's hands is called "defense", 4 tons of homemade explosives in (alleged) hezbollah hands is called "terrorism"... myeah... whatever... words are words, call it a banana if you want for all i care...
only thing that matters to me, is we all know that the former are known to aim their massive destruction capabilities at civilians, civilian infrastructures and inhabited areas, while the later are known to aim their attacks at invading/occupying armed forces.
i can only hope that for each 4 tons seized, 4000 tons are produced elsewhere while elite "kech debbane" forces whine here.
