مهمة محددة لجميل السيد في لاهاي... سياسيون أقنعوا الأهالي بعدم التصدي له أمام مدخل المحكمة

أثار وصول المدير العام الأسبق للأمن العام جميل السيد الى لاهاي لحضور جلسات انطلاق المحاكمات في جريمة اغتيال الرئيس رفيق الحريري ورفاقه أمام المحكمة الدولية الخاصة بلبنان موجة استياء في صفوف أهالي الضحايا الذين سقطوا منذ محاولة اغتيال النائب مروان حماده في مطلع تشرين الأول من العام 2004.
وانتشر خبر وصول السيد بين اللبنانيين الذين حضروا الى لاهاي مساء الأربعاء، فكانت ردات الفعل على الشكل الآتي:
1- إعلاميو 8 آذار والوسائل الدائرة في فلك هذه القوى رأوا في السيد مادة إعلامية يمكن أن تؤمن نوعا من الحضور السياسي "الميداني" لقوى 8 آذار بالمقارنة مع الحشد السياسي ال "14 آذاري" الذي يواكبه حشد إعلامي أمنته الطائرة الخاصة للرئيس سعد الحريري وفنادق وأجنحة فنادق: هيلتون وكارلتون – امباسادور و"لي زاند" في لاهاي، ومواكب السيارات التي وضعها الحريري في تصرف الإعلاميين الذي لبوا دعوته للحضور الى لاهاي.
2- أهالي الضحايا والمتضررون من عمليات الاغتيال ومحاولات الاغتيال عبروا في ردة فعل أولى عن غضبهم من حضور السيد داعين الى التصدي له أمام مدخل المحكمة من خلال تجمع يحول دون دخوله الى مبنى المحكمة الخاصة بلبنان. وطالب البعض بالتدخل لدى قضاة المحكمة الخاصة بلبنان لعدم منحه الإذن بالحضور نظرا لما يشكله حضوره من استفزاز لمشاعر أهالي الضحايا والمصابين الحاضرين.
3- سياسيو 14 آذار عملوا على تهدئة خواطر الناقمين على حضور السيد، وضبط ردات الفعل، ومنع أي تحرك يحول الأنظار عن مضمون الإتهامات التي سيسهب الإدعاء العام اعتبارا من 16 كانون الثاني 2014 في عرضها أمام قضاة المحكمة والرأي العام، لافتين الى أن أي "دعسة ناقصة" في ردة الفعل على "الحضور المستفز" لجميل السيد من شأنها أن تحقق الغايات التي من أجلها حضر السيد الى لاهاي.
أما هذه الاسباب فهي برأي سياسيي 14 آذار الموجودين في لاهاي:
1- السعي لعرقلة انطلاق المحاكمات من خلال استدراج أهالي الضحايا والمتضررين الى مواجهة معه أمام مبنى المحكمة أو داخل أروقتها، تنتهي بتأجيل المحاكمات.
2- تنفيذ مهمة مزدوجة لمصلحة حزب الله والأجهزة الأمنية والإستخباراتية التابعة لنظام الرئيس السوري بشار الأسد بمتابعة سير المحاكمات عن قرب والطرق والوسائل الأمنية والإستخباراتية، والخطوات التنفيذية التي يفترض بحزب الله والنظام السوري اتباعها في مواكبة أعمال المحكمة الدولية الخاصة بلبنان.
3- محاولة الدخول على خط سير المحاكمات من خلال السعي لإثارة قضية توقيفه خلال مرحلة التحقيق، أمام هيئة المحكمة في محاولة لإغراقها في تفاصيل وملفات جانبية تمنعها من المضي قدما في تظهير ما لم يخرج الى العلن بعد من أدلة وبراهين واستثباتات ومعلومات عن حقيقة جريمة اغتيال الرئيس رفيق الحريري ورفاقه وغيرها من الجرائم المرتبطة.
أحد السياسيين اللبنانيين الموجودين في لاهاي قال لأهالي الضحايا الذي شكوا له "الحضور الإستفزازي" للسيد: "يجب أن تتعودوا على رؤية جميل السيد في لاهاي... وإذا كانت طبيعة حضوره هذه المرة تزعجكم، فطبيعة حضوره المستقبلي ستبلسم جروحكم، وستثبت أن السحر سينقلب على الساحر.

He was vindicated because there was not enough evidence to indict him! so the court WORKED!!! because it was fair!!! and Al-sayed was Lucky there was not enough Hard evidence to keep him locked up.

It was likely Iranian intelligence and a cell in the Hizb that did it. These guys would not trust anyone to come in on such an operation. So no, I do not think Sayyed had anything to do with this.

Momo! It is the Lebanese court that prevented Sayyed's release! According to Lebanese law, a suspect can be incarcerated. It is the STL you are spitting on that got them to be released because it prevails. Plus, for the STL, there are no false witnesses since there have been no witnesses testifying in court! Stop the BS!

No he wasn't, he would still be in jail where he belongs if Lebanese laws (he pushed in parliament) were applied where he could be held indefinitely on mere suspicion. But the STL works differently..
