"أصدر قاضي التحقيق العسكري نبيل وهبه مذكرة توقيف بحق عمر الأطرش وذلك لارتكابه أفعالاً جرمية"، بحسب ما أفادت الوكالة الوطنية للإعلام.
وأشارت الوكالة، الثلاثاء، الى أن " وهبه استجوب الموقوف عمر الاطرش المدعى عليه بجرم الانتماء الى تنظيم ارهابي مسلح بقصد القيام بأعمال ارهابية ونقل انتحاريين وتجهيز ونقل سيارات وأحزمة ناسفة وصواريخ ومتفجرات والاعتداء على الجيش في مجدليون وجسر الاولي واطلاق صواريخ على اسرائيل وحيازة اسلحة ومتفجرات".
وأضافت ان "وهبه أصدر مذكرة وجاهية بتوقيفه سندا الى ما جاء في الادعاء عليه"، مردفة أنه "قد قدم وكيله دفوعا شكلية".
وكانت قد كشفت صحيفة "الأخبار" عن توقيف الأطرش وعرّفته أنه "مشتبه فيه بتوفير المأوى لمشتبه في علاقتهم مع كل من تنظيمات "كتائب عبدالله عزام" و"جبهة النصرة" و"الدولة الإسلامية في العراق والشام". وتقول الصحيفة أن للأطرش "دور لوجيستي لجهة تسهيل نقل وتوفير سيارات للمجموعة التي يُشتبه في تنفيذها تفجيري بئر العبد والرويس".
والأطرش المسجل شيخاً في دار الفتوى هو إبن عم عمر الأطرش المتّهم بالضلوع في التخطيط لتفجير بئر العبد في التاسع من آب الماضي وقتل في 11 أيلول بكمين على الحدود.
يشار إلى أنه في الشهر الحالي ضربت ثلاث تفجيرات مناطق تابعة لحزب الله. ففي الثاني وفي الحادي والعشرين منه هز تفجيران منطقة حارة حريك في الشارع نفسه ويسمى الشارع العريض. وفي السادس من الشهر الحالي ضرب تفجير منطقة الهرمل. والتفجيرات الثلاثة نفذها انتحاريون.

It is funny that, when it suits the so called Lebanese leaders, they blame their mischiefs on Israel. No Israel did not kill Hariri, and, yes, leaders like Nassrallah no matter how much respected in their own circles will suffer the same faith like Saddam Hussein, Muammar Al-Gaddafi and the like. Why? and yes tornado, serving justice is a sovereign right, to surrender it to a foreign power requires govt+parliament. that's the constitution, whether you like it or not.
