القضاء يباشر تحقيقاته في مخالفات البناء في لاسا

باشر النائب العام الاستئنافي في جبل لبنان القاضي كلود كرم تحقيقاته في مخالفات البناء التي جرت في بلدة لاسا في جبيل.
وأشارت الوكالة الوطنية للإعلام، الجمعة الى أن كرم يحقق في المخالفات التي جرت في بلدة لاسا، خلافا لاشارات النيابة العامة الاستئنافية في جبل لبنان.
وأضافت أنه "يتم الاستماع إلى إفادات عدد من الشهود لمعرفة طبيعة المخالفات والمخالفين، في انتظار انتهاء التحقيق واتخاذ القرارات المناسبة".
وكانت الـMTV قد لفتت الى أن النيابة العامة الاستئنافية قد قررت هدم ما بني ليلا على العقار 61 في بلدة لاسا في جبيل.
وأوضح مصدر في المطرانية المارونية في جونية للـ LBCI ان عددا من الشبان قاموا ليلا بصبّ سقف باطون على العقار 61 المتنازع عليه من دون انتظار القرار القضائي بشأن النزاع على الملكية .
يشار الى أن هناك نزاع قائم على الأراضي في لاسا منذ العام 2011 بين الشيعة والمسيحيين.
وكانت قد أفادت بعض التقارير أن "حزب الله" يحث الأهالي للبناء على أراضي تعود ملكيتها للكنيسة.
