عون يعلن انضمام جريصاتي الى "التكتل" وكمشرع أول في الحكومة

عقد تكتل "التغيير والاصلاح" اجتماعاً مساء أمس الجمعة، أعلن من بعده، رئيس التكتل النائب ميشال عون انضمام وزير العمل الجديد القاضي سليم جريصاتي الى التكتل وكمشرّع أول في مجلس الوزراء.
وكشف جريصاتي في حديث الى تلفزيون "المنار" أن عون "اتصل بي وصارحني أنني خيار استراتيجي من خياراته، وبعدها عقدنا لقاء مصارحة معه وعرفت أن أجواء تعييني كانت إيجابية لدى الحلفاء".
ووقع رئيسا الجمهورية ميشال سليمان والحكومة نجيب ميقاتي المرسوم الرقم 7609 القاضي بتعيين القاضي سليم جريصاتي وزيراً جديداً للعمل، صباح أمس الجمعة، بعد لقاء جمعهما في بعبدا.
والرئيسان وقعا على مرسوم استقالة وزير العمل شربل نحاس، الاربعاء، بعد أن تسلمها ميقاتي رسميا من تكتل "التغيير والإصلاح" وذلك بعد أن كان سلمها نحاس الثلاثاء إلى عون.
واستقال نحاس بعد رفضه توقيع بدل النقل لاعتباره غير قانوني، داعيا الى التظاهر، معتبرا أن "بدل النقل المزيف أجر سرق من الناس منذ 16 عاماً". واثر استقالته وقع المرسوم وزير العمل بالوكالة الوزير نقولا فتوش.
وبعد اجتماع التكتل أمس الجمعة قال جريصاتي، "عندما يكون هناك تغيير واصلاح يجب ان يكون هناك صلابة في الموقف ولكن يجب الا تكون مصحوبة بالحدة، وعنوان هذه المرحلة هو الاستقرار والتهدئة مع تمسك بالاصلاح والتغيير على كل المستويات".
وأضاف "ونستطيع تحقيق التغيير من دون حتمية الصدام"، مؤكداً أن "حزب الله" رحب بتعيينه.
وأفادت مصادر واسعة الاطلاع لصحيفة "الجمهورية" أن هذه الخطوة (تعيين جريصاتي) تمت بالتفاهم بين عون وقيادة "حزب الله"، خصوصاً وأن جريصاتي تعاون طويلا مع الحزب في مواجهة المحكمة الدولية الخاصة بلبنان وكانت له إطلالات عدة إلى جانب رئيس "كتلة الوفاء للمقاومة" النائب محمد رعد في هذا الشأن.
وكشفت أن موفداً من "حزب الله" زار الرابية مساء الخميس وطلب من عون تبديل اسم جوزف جريصاتي ونديم لطيف بسليم جريصاتي.
وذكرت المصادر، عبر "الجمهورية" بأن جريصاتي قدم للحزب كثيراً من الدراسات القانونية حول المحكمة وقراراتها وإجراءاتها، وعمل لهذه الغاية ولا يزال مع الفريق القانوني للحزب، فضلاً عن مشاركته في صياغة ما يسمّى الدستور الجديد لسوريا.
وجريصاتي، كاثوليكي، من مواليد زحلة، وهو محام بالاستئناف وأستاذ محاضر في كلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية في جامعة القديس يوسف في مختلف مواد القانون الخاص، عضو هيئة تحديث القوانين لدى مجلس النواب.

The two guys mentioned in this article have no character to be assassinated, one lost it when he ran away and deserted his army the other one when he became the adviser to the Syria occupation appointed president. Anyway it good to see that Hezbollah now appoints Aoun's Christian ministers directly.

Didn't GMA say that he will appoint a FPM member as minister ? so Jreissati became an FPM member now ? is this their new policy ? they always say YES to Hezboshaitan, whatever they're wrong or they're right... I voted for FPM in 2009 in Ghazir but... KHALASSShow dare he sits next to a syrian puppet without asking him about the detaines in Syria ?

Président Jreisati est un éminent juriste, un grand professeur à l’USJ et un homme intègre, merci GMA. Bien que les travailleurs libanais soient tristes de la perte du grand Charbel Nahas, la nomination Jreisati devrait constituer une consolation de taille.

I must admit, there is a clear maturity in Lebanese social consciousness.
Please are slightly more respectful. They agree to disagree. And walk away with their heads high.
I am more concerned with the people commenting (if they are not agents with motives, like foreigners in here pretending to be Lebanese), than with the politicians who are in the articles.
I am proud we're becoming civil! Did it need for us to pass through wars?

Getting a brain transplant assumes he already has one ... I say go buy a brain ... avoid buying ur General's brain though it could be sold for a baragin as it has not been used for a while and u might run the risk of it being msadda! Get BAssil's ... that one has never been used.
