I don't get it.... hala2 el doctor saret his bail 50 millions? and the terrorists from naher el bared paid only 500,000ll??? chou hal system el fechel???? plus how can u release terrorists just like that?? no deportation??????

One can not be thrown in jail before an investigation is concluded. Even if an error is proven, that happens..we all commit errors. What has to be seen though is whether that doctor was negligent.

Let me understand it ... you hold doctors liable for their practice, no one will want to become doctor anymore ... everyone wins ?? Grow a pair, and learn about unintended consequences of stupid decisions.

If the death was the result from incompetence, the doctor should be barred from practicing. If the death was the result of a malignant act with the intention to harm or kill, then arrest the physician.

Again, under the sun, lebanese blood boils too quickly, and leaves little room for a thoughtful response. Let's burn the books and the witches, and arrest/deport anyone who disagree with us, right ?

for your information guys: there over 4000 peiple in jail without having been investigated yet. and they have been there for many years.
either the law is faulty, thus it needs to be changed, or the judges are not working.
btw, being a doctor should not exempt you from being treated as any other lebanese.
accrding to the law, if you cause death driving your car, even if it is not your fault your are arrested and thrown in jail. what happened is the same.

I don't know anything about this doctor, but many doctors in Lebanon are butchers with a license to kill and nevertheless go completely unpunished. The order of physicians in Lebanon has been an utter failure when it comes to instigate some ethics in the sector; it only cares about its members, not about the patients. The whole medical profession is in urgent need of reform.
