تقارير: المحكمة الدولية أصدرت قراراً اتهامياً بحق متهم خامس ينتمي لـ"حزب الله" بعملية اغتيال الحريري

أفادت معلومات صحافية أن "المحكمة الدولية الخاصة بلبنان كانت قد أصدرت قراراً اتهامياً بحق متهم خامس ينتمي إلى "حزب الله" باغتيال رئيس الوزراء الأسبق رفيق الحريري ورفاقه".
وفي هذا السياق، اشارت صحيفة "السفير" في عددها الصادر الأربعاء، الى أن "المحكمة الدولية كانت قد أصدرت قراراً اتهامياً بحق متهم خامس ينتمي إلى "حزب الله"، مردفة "إلا أن إجراءات التبليغ، التي تتم عبر القضاء اللبناني، وتحديداً عبر القاضية جوسلين ثابت، تعثرت بعد تفجيري الضاحية الجنوبية والإجراءات الأمنية المشددة التي تنفذ في كل من الضاحية والجنوب".
ولفتت الى أنه "قد جرى تواصل بين المحكمة ومسؤول وحدة الارتباط والتنسيق في "حزب الله" الحاج وفيق صفا، تقرر بناء عليه، إقفال الملف. وتبلغت المحكمة الدولية بتعذر تبليغ المتهم بالقرار".
وكانت أعلنت المحكمة الدولية الخاصة بلبنان، الثلاثاء، عن استقالة رئيس غرفة الدرجة الأولى فيها القاضي روبرت روت، بعد عامين من التحاقه بالمحكمة، وأبدت أسفها لأنه "لن يرأس إجراءات محاكمة المتهمين، المحدّد تاريخ بدئها حاليًا في كانون الثاني 2014".
وفي غضون ذلك، كشفت "السفير" أن "الاستقالة جاءت على خلفية اعتراض روت على عدد من الإجراءات التي لا تنسجم مع قواعد عمل "المحكمة"، بالإضافة إلى بعض "التدخلات" في مسار الطعن الذي قدمته فرق الدفاع أمام الغرفة الأولى، ورفضت فيه الأسباب التي عرضها مكتب المدعي العام لتعديل القرار الاتهامي، واعتبرتها غير مبررة لإحداث تعديل إضافي يتناول قضية شبكة الاتصالات".
وكانت حددت المحكمة الدولية الخاصة بلبنان الجمعة 14 كانون الثاني المقبل موعدا مبدئيا لبدء المحاكمات الغيابية بحق المتهمين الأربعة باغتيال رئيس الوزراء الأسبق رفيق الحريري ورفاقه.
وقال بيان صادر عن المحكمة من لاهاي تلقى "نهارنت" نسخة منه بعد الظهر "أصدر قاضي الإجراءات التمهيدية لدى المحكمة الخاصة بلبنان اليوم قرارًا يحدّد فيه يوم 13 كانون الثاني 2014 موعدًا مؤقّتًا جديدًا لبدء المحاكمة في قضية عياش وآخرين".
وبحسب القرار الاتهامي الصادر عن المحكمة فان اربعة عناصر من حزب الله ضالعون في هذا الاعتداء وصادرة بحقهم مذكرات توقيف من المحكمة الخاصة بلبنان تم تسليمها في 30 حزيران 2011 الى السلطات اللبنانية اضافة الى نشرات حمراء صادرة عن الانتربول.

lol do you have your own personal definition of "red handed"? please share it with us, because by all generally accepted standards, circumstantial evidence, all relying on telecom data (after spies gave israel full access to our telecom servers for several years at least) does not qualify as a red handed.

The guy who caught him used to be a police officer.
The investigation was purposefully mishandled, and the guy who caught him didn't really want to put his family at risk. He didn't want to be another unsolved assassination.

Why would Hezbollah free Lebanon of Israeli occupation then turn around and assassinate a Lebanese who was doing good to rebuild the country? Here Hezbollah may have been incorrectly accused and quite possibly because of their association with Bashar al Assad who could have been involved in the loss of this good man. Otherwise there may be a conspiracy to set up Hezbollah as the 'bad guy' by a more secret agenda to destabilize the arab region. This secret agenda is using the arabs' greatest weakness to divide them, that being the different religions.
